Автоматический анализатор СОЭ Alifax Roller 20 PN позволяет получить точный результат за 20 секунд из капиллярной крови с ЭДТА. Вместе с автоматическим гематологическим анализатором обеспечивает доступность результата полного общего анализа крови (анализ клеточного состава крови и анализ СОЭ) за 60 секунд. Точность анализа гарантируется соответствием метода всем рекомендациям ВОЗ и CLSI, а также возможностью включения анализа СОЭ в систему контроля качества (наличие контролей и калибраторов). Наличие системы перемешивания образца, термостататирования, поддерживающего постоянную температуру и калиброванного многоразового капилляра обеспечивает стандартизацию аналитической процедуры определения СОЭ.
Roller PN обеспечивает сокращение расходов лаборатории. Roller не требует для определения СОЭ отдельного сбора крови, кровь с ЭДТА, которая используется для автоматического гематологического анализа применяется для анализа СОЭ. Roller минимизирует расход материалов для определения СОЭ: не требуется капилляр, нет расходов на дополнительный сбор крови, нет расходов на обработку многоразовых материалов. Для проведения анализа СОЭ не требуется жидких реагентов с ограниченным сроком годности. Используется только магнитная Смарт-карта, имеющая неограниченный срок хранения и без специальных требований к условиям хранения. Функция самодиагносики, автопромывка с использованием только дистиллированной воды.
