Safety Notices Charging and Discharging Lithium-ion (Li-ion) Batteries Lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries are safe when used as directed. Battery safety cannot be assured when a battery pack is built with individual cells of an unknown nature with a serial and parallel connection. Not all Li-ion cells are suited for multi-cell packs. -

Safety Notices Shock Hazard The Cadex Battery Analyzer contains high-voltage circuits, and can pose a shock hazard when the upper cover is removed. Do not attempt to perform any service procedures on the analyzer other than replacement of the external fuse (see Chapter 11, Services and Upgrades, page 109).

Battery Service Programs Chapter 5 The Cadex analyzer comes with four basic programs, nine advanced programs and four custom programs. These programs measure the battery state-of-health (SoH), the battery’s capacity and find any anomalies that may affect battery performance. If the battery passes the Auto, Prime or Charge service programs, the battery can stay on the charger and stay fully charged until it is used.

C-codes (Configuration Codes) Chapter 6 The adapter requires the battery chemistry, voltage and rating in order to service a battery. This information is stored on the adapter as a C-code. Each adapter can hold 10 C-codes. Once a C-code has been entered, the information is stored permanently in the adapter memory where it can be displayed, selected, created, copied, edited and deleted (see Managing C-codes, page 61).

ОПИСАНИЕ
Анализатор аккумуляторных батарей CADEX C7200 надежный, функциональный прибор, предназначенный для всестороннего обслуживания аккумуляторных батарей. Анализатор АК одновременно обслуживает два аккумулятора. Под обслуживанием понимается комплекс мер, направленных на поддержание парка АБ в рабочем состоянии и достижения максимальной эффективности их работы. Cadex C7200 осуществляет обслуживание с учетом специфики каждого аккумулятора. Обслуживающие станции анализатора независимы, поэтому одновременно можно обслуживать совершенно разные аккумуляторы и по различным программам. На основании отчетов, анализатор C7200 дает заключение о возможности или невозможности эксплуатации любой АБ.
В памяти анализатора Cadex C7000 хранятся более десяти программ, каждая из которых решает ту или иную задачу обслуживания аккумуляторов, например, оценку состояния, тренировку или восстановление. На дисплее прибора отражаются в реальном масштабе времени параметры обслуживания: зарядный или разрядный ток, напряжение аккумулятора, его температура и внутреннее сопротивление. Если в процессе обслуживания будет обнаружена какая-либо аномалия, это тоже будет отражено на дисплее в виде аварийных сообщений или предупреждений. Поскольку некоторые программы, например, тест на саморазряд, имеют достаточно продолжительное время работы (до 3-х суток), то анализаторы Cadex C7000 разработаны для круглосуточной автономной работы. На случай сбоя электропитания, у приборов предусмотрена внутренняя энергонезависимая память, в которой хранится вся оперативная информация. При сбое электропитания информация не теряется и при восстановлении напряжения в сети, анализатор продолжает выполнение прерванных программ.
Как правило, необходимость приобретения анализатора аккумуляторов возникает в трех основных случаях:
1. | Предприятие занимается производством аккумуляторов для мобильной техники. В таком случае задача анализатора аккумуляторов — осуществление входного контроля аккумуляторных ячеек, поступающих от производителя и выходного контроля готовой продукции. | |
2. | Предприятие осуществляет сервис абонентов сотовой связи. При этом возникает проблема аргументированного ответа на претензии клиентов к аккумуляторам, а также предоставление услуг по восстановлению и тестированию аккумуляторов. | |
3. | Предприятие имеет свой парк аккумуляторов для мобильной техники. В данном случае с помощью анализатора аккусуляторов решается задача минимизации затрат на закупку новых аккумуляторов, путем максимального увеличения срока эксплуатации батарейного парка, а также периодическое тестирование, с целью своевременного определения некачественных аккумуляторов. |
После завершения работы программы, на экран анализатора выводится полная информация о результатах обслуживания. Это изначальная и финальная ёмкость аккумулятора, результаты измерения внутреннего сопротивления, напряжение на аккумуляторе, коды ошибок (в случае неисправности аккумулятора).

Возможности программы:
— Работа с несколькими подключенными анализаторами (проверено на 4 одновременно активных каналах)
-Использование существующих/редактирование/добавление в базу новых типов АКБ
-Формирование сервисного отчёта и его последующая печать
и т.д.стоит 2 пароля, один на архив второй на саму закачку, в архиве ключ к софту присутствует, работает с анализаторами Cadex C7200/C7400 с 7000 не проверял, на ПК требуется COM порт, работу с адаптерами USB не проверял, но думаю проблем не возникнет.
Распайка кабеля в аттаче.PS если у Вас нету кадекса, значит это вам нафиг не нужно, все пароли выдаются через ПС, только мемберам с положительной репутацией имеющим активность на форуме, если вы зарегались чтобы получить софт нахаляву можете идти гулять, касается и тех у кого нету кадекса а скачать «чтобы было» охота…

Не удается подружить Cadex C7200 и Batteryshop 4.1 (Build 4.1.0.3.3) по ком-порту. Пробовал на 2х компах, оба с ХР, настройками порта игрался — все безрезультатно. В настройках Cadex режим порта — Batteryshop, все настройки менял, и на приборе и на компе выставлял одинаковые параметры. Моя цель — иметь возможность распечатать результаты теста. Кто может подсказать?

В Batteryshop выбираешь в меня «System Setup» выбираешь «Ports Map» и в левую колонку загоняешь номер порта к которому подключен через шнур Cadex, потом в меню «Analyzers» делаешь «Connect» и прога тебе показывает окно «Battery Status».У меня чтобы заработал с софтом Обязательно нужно было пошить Cadex новой версией прошивки, со старой не работал. Дело либо в прошивке, либо в нуль-модемном шнурке если не работает.
