CVM 2 Контроллер состоит из главной платы, расположенной в панели управления, и клавиатуры. К главной плате подключается плата управления скоростью вращения вентилятора. Клавиатура соединена с главной платой линией последовательной передачи информации по принципу токовой петли. Электропитание на клавиатуру подается с главной платы. |

CVM 300 Техническое руководство. Электронный контроллер CVM 300 для 1-компрессорных и 2-компрессорных агрегатов состоит из основной платы и панели управления. Обмен информацией между основной платой и панелью управления осуществляется через линию последовательной передачи информации по принципу токовой петли. На основной плате установлена плата с микропроцессором для управления агрегатами. Управляющая программа хранится в EPROM (СППЗУ), а параметры, данные калибровки и предыстории – в EERPOM (ЭСППЗУ). Параметры вводятся с клавиатуры панели управления. |

CVM 3000 КОсновная плата связана с панелью управления и индикации через линию последовательной передачи информации по принципу токовой петли, а с платой расширения – через последовательный порт RS485. Плата с микропроцессором предназначена для логической обработки сигналов и смонтирована на основной плате. Программа управления хранится в стираемом программируемом ПЗУ (EPROM). Параметры, настройки и регистрируемые события хранятся в электрически стираемом программируемом ПЗУ (EEPROM). Все параметры вводятся с панели управления и индикации. |

CVM interface Устройство сопряжения CVM предназначено для сопряжения контроллеров семейства CVM 200/300 и CVM 2000/3000 с системой централизованного контроля и управления технологическим оборудованием. Для интеграции технологического оборудования в единую систему контроля и управления используются несколько основных дискретных параметров управления холодильными агрегатами. Повтор сигналов производится через сухие контакты реле устройства сопряжения. Система централизованного контроля и управления позволяет подавать команды контроллеру, установленному на агрегате, через сухие контакты устройства сопряжения. Интеграция холодильных установок в систему централизованного контроля и управления осуществляется без преобразования интерфейса, так как согласование сигналов выполняется через контакты реле. Дискретные переменные отражают состояния агрегата, аварийной сигнализации и текущих режимов работы. Для настройки уставок первого и второго конура используются аналоговые сигналы 4-20 мА. Начальное программирование устройства сопряжения CVM осуществляется компанией CLIMAVENETA с помощью соответствующего программного обеспечения на основе исходных требований Заказчика. При включении устройства сопряжения CVM выполнять какую-либо настройку не требуется. Для правильной организации связи и согласования передачи информации необходимо настроить некоторые параметры контроллеров. |

The menus are briefly described below:
The «Unit Menu» contains information such as temperature, pressure and circuit states.
The «Setpoint menu» is used to set the setpoints for the various available functions.
The «I/O menu» shows the status of the digital inputs and values read from the analogue inputs.
It also shows the status of the digital outputs and the voltage supplied to the analogue outputs.
If expansions are necessary (depending on the configuration parameters), the inputs and outputs
of the latter are also shown.
The «Clock menu», if the clock card is present, is used to set and display the date and time.
Parameters relative to user programming of the unit can be displayed and set in the «User
menu».
The «Manufacturer menu» is used to display and set critical system parameters.
