    Before you start Sketch your application The ECL Comfort controller series is designed for a wide range of heating, domestic hot-water (DHW) and cooling systems with different configurations and capacities. If your system differs from the diagrams shown in section 10, you may want to make a sketch of the system about to be installed.

    Mounting the ECL Comfort controller For easy access, you should mount the ECL Comfort controller near the system. Select one of the three following methods: • Mounting on a wall • Mounting on a DIN rail • Mounting in a panel Screws and rawlplugs are not supplied.

    Flow temperature sensor (ESMU, ESM-11 or ESMC) Place the sensor max. 15 cm from the mixing point. In systems with heat exchanger, Danfoss recommends that the ESMU-type to be inserted into the exchanger flow outlet. Make sure that the surface of the pipe is clean and even where the sensor is mounted.

    Connecting the room panel / remote control The ECA 60 / 61 / 62 / 63 is activated by the setting in line 10 (section 32). The ECA 60 / 61 / 62 / 63 is powered by the system device bus which means that the bus must be active.

    Inserting the ECL Card How to insert your ECL Card the first time After the power has been switched on, open the lid on the front side of the controller. Place the ECL Card with the yellow side facing you. This enables the controller to read the ECL Card data.

    Understanding the ECL Card The ECL Card contains factory settings for a standard system. If the actual system differs from the standard system, the controller must be adjusted accordingly. After the adjustment, the new settings should be stored on the ECL Card.

    Check list  Is the ECL Comfort controller ready for use? Make sure that the correct power supply is connected to terminals 1 (Live) and 2 (Neutral). See section 12 or 13. Check that the required actuators, pumps, fans, dampers and burners are connected to the correct terminals.

    Definitions Air duct temperature Temperature measured in the air duct where the temperature is to be controlled. Balance temperature This setpoint is the basis for the flow / air duct temperature. The balance temperature can be adjusted by the room temperature, the compensation temperature and the return temperature.

    Humidity, relative This value (stated in %) refers to the indoor moisture content compared to the max. moisture content. The relative humidity is measured by the ECA 62 / 63 and is used for the calculation of the dew point temperature. Limitation temperature Temperature that influences the desired flow / balance temperature.

    Switch the power off and on again to see the system type and the software generation of the controller. Order a replacement from your Danfoss representative. Insert the new ECL Card with the yellow side facing you and make sure that you copy your personal settings from the controller to the ECL Card.

    Restore ECL Card data After establishing your favorite temperatures, comfort periods etc., and after copying these to the ECL Card, you can set alternative settings. Insert the ECL Card and make the temporary settings, e.g. for holidays, but do not copy these. To restore your favorite settings, copy these from the ECL Card to the controller.

    Select circuit mode During scheduled operation (clock), the state indicator (a white arrow) will show you the control mode of the selected circuit. The white arrow will blink when this is a heating circuit and it is in the optimizing period. The mode can be set differently for each circuit by means of the function selector.

Регуляторы температуры ECL Comfort фирмы Данфосс

ECL Comfort является одним из самых распространенных регуляторов температуры применяемых в тепловых узлах систем теплоснабжения зданий. Данный регулятор создан непосредственно для работы в тепловых узлах и настраиваются для работы в различных технологических схемах систем теплоснабжения с помощью управляющих карт.

Основные преимущества регуляторов температуры ECL Comfort:

— Простота монтажа и настройки (необходимо выставить значения нескольких параметров, причем сделать это один раз, а затем перенести настройки с помощью карты на другие контроллеры).
— Для запуска и эксплуатации не требуется от персонала специальных знаний в программировании.
— Контроллер имеет очень удобный дисплей и кнопки для просмотра и установок информационного и сервисного меню — удобный интерфейс (нет необходимости в изучении языков программирования, все отображается с помощью понятных пиктограмм).
— Большинство монтажных и эксплуатационных компаний уже работали и продолжают работать с регуляторами ECL Comfort.
— Высокая надежность и в связи с этим отсутствие необходимости ремонта и необходимости обслуживания
— Быстрая замена контроллера в случае необходимости (открутить один винт и вынуть контроллер из клемной панели без перекоммутации проводов).
— При необходимости, есть возможность съема данных с контроллера в систему диспетчеризации.
— Защита: от завышения температуры обратного теплоносителя, от перепрограммирования посторонним лицом.
— Относительно невысокая цена.

Описание ECL 300

ECL 300 — старшая модель в линейке регуляторов Comfort (-100, -200, -300). Общие принципы и решения похожи и для старших и для младших моделей. Максимальное число опций, естественно, в 300-й модели. Итак:

Контуров регулирования: 2.
Входов: 6, датчики температуры Pt 1000.
Выходов: 5. Для управления насосами (релейные) — 3, для управления регулирующими клапанами (тиристорные) — 2.
Коммуникационные возможности: RS232 (по умолчанию), модули LON и BUS (дополнительная комплектация).
Выносные панели: Комнатная панель с дисплеем ECA 60, Блок дистанционного управления с дисплеем ECA 61.
Управление: кнопками с лицевой панели.
Хранение уставок и блокировка доступа: карта с микрочипом.
Индикация: монохромный LSD дисплей на лицевой панели.

Существующие заводские прошивки регулятора:

C14 — Управление вентиляционной установкой.
C25 — Управление горелкой котла и насосом системы отопления и ГВС с емкостным подогревателем.
C35 — Управление клапаном и насосом системы отопления, насосом в системе ГВС с емкостным подогревателем.
C37 — Управление клапаном и насосом системы отопления, насосом в системе ГВС с емкостным подогревателем.
C55 — Управление горелкой котла, смесительным клапаном и насосами в двухконтурной системе отопления.
C60 — Управление клапанами и насосами в двух параллельных системах отопления.
C66 — Управление клапанами и насосами в системе отопления и системе ГВС. Самая применяемая и распространенная прошивка.
C75 — Управление горелками 2-х котлов, клапаном и насосом в двухконтурной системе отопления, насосом в системы ГВС с емкостным подогревателем.
L66 — Управление клапанами и насосами в системе отопления и системе ГВС (аналог С66, с дополнительными функциями управления насосами).

Выбор прошивки определяется картой ECL (сам регулятор один и тот же, применение разных карт даст разные соответствующие функции). Исключение — прошивка L66 — требуется регулятор ECL301.

Функции регулирования:
Управление клапанами системы отопления — ПИД-регулирование, погодная компенсация.
Управление клапанами системы ГВС — ПИД-регулирование, поддержание заданного параметра.
Управление горелками — релейное регулирование, погодная компенсация.
Управление насосами отопления — релейное регулирование — отключение циркуляционных насосов при переходе системы в состояние «отключено» при достижении заданной положительной температуры наружного воздуха и периодический «проворот» насосов в этом режиме.

Обозначения входов/выходов:
S1 — датчик наружного воздуха
S2 — датчик внутреннего воздуха
S3-S6 —
M1, M2 — выходы для приводов 3-х позиционных клапанов
P1, P2, P3 — выходы для управления насосами или 2-х позиционными клапанами

Инструкция по монтажу: инструкции по монтажу выпускаются фирмой Данфосс в виде буклета нестандартной формы (высота — стандартный лист А4, ширина — в 1/3 ширины А4), плюс в буклете читается с 2-х сторон (дизайн и маркетинг!). В pdf-версиях инструкций это форматирование сохранено, поэтому если попадается информация «вверх ногами» — это не ошибка, так в оригинале.

Краткое официальное описание: Управление клапанами, вентилятором и заслонкой в системе вентиляции, воздушного отопления или охлаждения.

Неофициальный комментарий: Несложный надежный контроллер для систем вентиляции. Подходит для решения большинства вентиляционных задач при отсутствии у вентсистемы фирменного контроллера.

Краткое официальное описание: Погодная компенсация температуры теплоносителя в ситемах с 2 независимыми отопительными контурами, где регулирование температуры возвращаемого в теплосеть теплоносителя осуществляется по температурному графику.

Неофициальный комментарий: Несложный надежный контроллер для двух систем отопления. Подходит для решения большинства задач регулирования систем отопления. Нами применяется массово.

Рейтинг применения: 4 из 5. Ставим везде, где надо регулировать 2 системы отопления.

И еще много любых подобных вариантов с двумя системами.

Ограничения:
— наружный датчик один для обоих систем. Потому системы по Тн.в. — зависимы. Важно в случае пофасадных систем с существенно разной инсоляцией и требуемыми двумя графиками по Тн.в. Тут не подойдет, надос ставить 2 разных ECL. Такое встречается не часто, тем не менее.
— один датчик обратной температуры на 2 контура. Хотя вход S6 существует и в программировании присутствует.
