Glazing machine operation Manual

Thanks for purchasing the Glazing machine produced by our company. To ensure smooth operation and safe performance, please read the manual carefully before use:

1. Installation and wire connection

1.1.Connect the 5-pin plug of the portable grinding head/hand piece to the OUTPUT socket at the main panel.

1.2.Connect the pedal switch to the FOO TS/W socket.

1.3.Select grinding mould of different sizes according to actual requirements, and fasten it into the front of the portable grinding head by turning the shaft lock.

1.4.Switch the speed control to the left.

1.5.Connect with the main source power.

2. Operation

2.1.Press the function switch on the left to HAND for manual control, the indicator will be on and the grinding head starts to moving slowly. The diode LED1-2 will be on.

2.2.Turn the SPEED CONTROL to the right to accelerate the grinding head and all the LED indicators for the speed will be on.

2.3.When the function switch is pressed to FOOT, step on the pedal the speed will be accelerated, and loose the foot, the speed will be decreased(foot switch is optional).

2.4.The turning directions can be swapped: FWD means clockwise direction and REV means counterclockwise direction.

2.5.Adjust the speed of the grinding head within a reasonable range.

2.6.Please adjust the hand piece to the lowest speed before changing forward/backward direction.

4. lnstructions

4.1. Always unplug the tool when you change accessory or collet.

4.2. Do not change the turning direction too frequently; otherwise it will shorten the life of the grinding head.

4.3. Before changing forward/backward direction or before turn off the machine, please decrease the speed of the grinding head to the minimum.

4.4. Do not touch the bit after use for the bit is too hot to be touched by bare hands.

4.5. Do not engage the shaft lock button while the tool is running

4.6. Keep the machine out of water for it is not waterproof.

4.7. Keep dust out of eyes and lungs by using protective eyewear or a dust mask.

4.8. Always unplug it after use. When the machine is not in use, all tools must be stored in a dry location and keep out of reach of children.

4.9. Any unauthorized disassembling of the product is not suggested in case of any breakdown.

Всем привет! Недавно решила заняться гель лаком(ссылка на мой маникюр ниже). Делаю себе, маме и подругам. Заметила, что большое время отнимает именно маникюр. Да и сама эту процедуру не очень люблю именно из-за времени. В интернете прочитала про аппаратный маникюр и сразу загорелась идеей купить его) Я хотела делать маникюр и педикюр, но покупать для дома аппарат за 8-11 тыс. не было желания. Просмотрела много аппаратов, но решила остановится именно на этом) Купила я его за 2800 руб. в каком-то интернет магазине, продающий вещи из Китая, т.к. ждать её желания не было.

Давайте приступим к разбору коробки. По порядку объясню, что для чего и как пользоваться)

1. Педаль. Я ей не пользуюсь. Она нужна, чтобы включать/выключать аппарат. Вставляется сзади машинки.

2. Ручка. Очень удобная. Вибрацию не чувствую+ на ней есть небольшие дырочки, чтобы охлаждать её. Но если работать с ней на быстрой скорости, то может немного нагреться. Чтобы вставить фрезу, нужно красное кольцо(близкое к месту держания) повернуть налево, затем вы ставите фрезу и крутите направо до щелчка. Есть одно очень важное правило. Никогда не зажимайте ручку без фрезы. Если вы закончили работу, засуньте специальную палочку обратно и зажмите её. Иначе есть вероятность ломки аппарата. Это странно, но мне было удобно делать маникюр левой рукой 0_0 Я просто вертела палец, а не ручку. Вставляется сбоку.

3. Фрезы. Они среднего качества. На 1-2 раза пойдёт, но лучше сходить в магазин и приобрести нормальные фрезы. Они стоят по 70-90 руб. Я для пробы использовала так: 5 фрезой подчистила птеригий и немного приподняла кутикулу, 3 и 4 полностью убрала птеригий, 2 прошлась по сухой коже. Кусачками убрала кутикулу, т.к. фрезы шара у меня нет. Не надо спиливать базу! Вы обязательно увидите начало ногтя, но если вы хотите убрать и базу, то спилите её лучше пилкой или снимите размачиванием.

Корундовая фреза для снятия гель лака с синим кольцом. Заказывала отдельно. Хорошо спиливает.

Для новичков объясню как определиться с фрезами:

чёрное кольцо-очень грубый абразив

зелёное кольцо- грубый абразив

синее кольцо- средний абразив

красное кольцо- мягкий абразив

жёлтое кольцо- очень мягкий абразив

В обычном маникюре часто нужны фрезы с синим и красным кольцом.

4. Аппарат. Цвет я выбрала красный(есть ещё белый,чёрный и розовый).

Использование:

Как я уже говорила, есть два типа регулировки скорости. Первая кнопка как раз-таки отвечает за это. Если вы поставите на один, то это работа с педалью, два- работа с помощью регулятора на самой машинке. Под конец ставьте на середину.

Вторая кнопка отвечает за реверс. Я очень долго не могла понять, как работает реверс. Посмотрела кучу видео, но голова всё равно отказывалась это понимать. Пришло мне осознание только в работе, сейчас я постараюсь объяснить вам. Я буду объяснять работу на левой руке. Если вы поставите на один, то это вращение ОТ ВАС, значит его используете, когда вы работаете с правой стороной ногтя . Вы почувствуете, что фреза от вас убегает, если будете работать в этом режиме с левой стороны ногтя. Если вы поставите на два, то фреза идёт в направлении НА ВАС, здесь прорабатываете левую сторону ногтя. Главное, что когда фреза идёт ОТ ВАС вы работаете с ней в свою сторону, когда НА ВАС то в противоположную. С правой рукой всё наоборот. Под конец ставьте на середину.

Регулятор на аппарате. Это такой кружок с помощью, которого вы устанавливаете желанную скорость. Спиливаю я доходя до розовой полоски(но не ставлю на неё!), а при маникюре сбавляю на жёлтую. Если ваши фрезы с красным кольцом, то возможно вам понадобится чуть больше скорости. Но это зависит от особенностей рук и вашего удобства)

Чтобы сделать хороший аппаратный маникюр нужно следовать лишь нескольким правилам. Не давить на ноготь, работать фрезой под наклоном(не кончиком!). Под конец я либо делаю маникюр гель лаком, либо просто наношу масло для ногтей Rio Profi(ссылка ниже) и на этом заканчиваю. Педикюр я тоже ею выполняю, претензий нет)

B. Operation
1、Press the power-supply’s switch to “I” status, and the indicator should power on, and
the grinder is ready for operation
2、Press the switch to “I” status in Hand piece ,the Hand piece’s power should on ,and
the grinder is ready
3、Turn the SPEED CONTROL clockwise slowly and the portable grinding head starts to
turn and accelerate, until the max speed
4、Turn the SPEED CONTROL counterclockwise, to decelerate the grinding head
5、The turning directions can be swapped :FWD means clockwise direction and REV
means counterclockwise direction
6、Adjust the speed of the grinding head within a reasonable range
7、Press the switch to “O” status in Hand piece, the Hand piece’s power should be
closed, and stop to turn..
8、Press the power-supply’s switch to “O” status, and the indicator should power off ,
and the grinder is stopped
