Haylou GT1 Plus Reset

Haylou GT1 Plus Factory Reset

Factory Setting — If earphones do not function well, please refer the following steps to reset factory:

1. Take earbuds out from the case
2. Power off the earphones first before reset the Haylou GT1 Plus, hold
   MFBs on both earbuds for about 15s ( LED will blink red and white three times twice) After that, put them back to the case.
3. Delete connectivity record on cellphone before processing another pairing (All connectivity records relating to the earbuds will all be removed)
4. If all steps success, Haylou GT1 Plus Reset complete!

Audio only outputs from single earbud

It’s a rare case Please reset the earphones, remove connectivity record on your cellphone and re-connect the earphones to your cellphone

Other problems in charging

LED glows solid white for 1 minute when earbuds are topped up.

Carry case will not charge earbuds, if its battery drains. LEDs on carry case will turn off once the case is topped up. If you charge it once again, LEDs will not give any notice, which does not mean the case is not charged

How do you pair Haylou GT1 plus left and right?

1. Take up both Haylou GT1 Plus earbuds from the case.
2. On cellphone, Open the Bluetooth function, search for Haylou GTl Plus R and tap to connect.
3. Then notice will show up on cellphone in 2s,tap to connect the other earbud.
4. If connect steps success, the Haylou GT1 Plus Pairing complete!
5. If earphones fail to be connected to cellphone, please put EarBuds back to the case and repeat the above steps. Earphones Will auto reconnect to the last device in connectivity records, if any.

Note: earphones have been setted to factory when shipping out.

How do I use my Haylou GT1 plus?

• Please keep Mic outside when calling
• When calling, adjust Mic towards mouth to gain clear calling

Xiaomi Haylou GT1: Подключение

Двойное нажатие на правую наушную капсулу воспроизводит следующую песню, а двойное нажатие на левую наушную капсулу воспроизводит предыдущую песню.

Кроме того, вы можете трижды коснуться любого из наушников, чтобы активировать голосовой помощник на вашем смартфоне, например, Google Assistant на устройстве Android и Siri на iPhone.

Если во время разговора поступает второй входящий вызов, необходимо нажать один раз, чтобы поставить первый вызов на удержание и ответить на текущий вызов. Чтобы вернуться, сделайте еще один единственный кран.

Во время вызова, удерживая палец в течение 1 секунды, переключите динамик с гарнитуры на встроенный микрофон телефона.

Если вам нужно использовать только одну гарнитуру, вытащите правую или левую гарнитуру и ищите имя Haylou GT1 L/R в списке Bluetooth. Если вы будете делать это часто, они могут потерять связь между ними, которая установлена вне коробки.

Что делать, если мой смартфон не синхронизирован или только один из наушников подключается к моему смартфону, а другой не работает? Нужно выполнить сброс на заводе. Чтобы сделать это:

Step 1: Choose the ear tips that fit your ears the best.

Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.

Step 3: Insert the earbuds into the canal of the ears. Turn them around and make sure to find the most comfortable position.

How to Control? / How to Operate? – Instructions

• Play and pause music: Touch the touch panel on any of the earbuds once.
• Play the next song: Touch the touch panel on the right earbud twice.
• Play the previous song: Touch the touch panel on the left earbud twice.
• Answer an incoming call: Touch the touch panel on any of the earbuds twice.
• End a call: Touch the touch panel on any of the earbuds twice.
• Ignore an incoming call: Press and hold the touch panel on any of the earbuds for 1 second.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Touch the touch panel on any of the earbuds three times.

NOTE: To turn the volume up or down, you have to do it by using the device the earbuds are connected to.

Step 1: Take the earbuds out of the charging.

Step 2: Power off the earbuds by pressing and holding the touch panel on both earbuds for 4.5 seconds, until a LED light glows solid red for 2 seconds.

Step 3: Press and hold the touch panel on both earbuds for 15 seconds, until a red and white light blinks three times twice.

Some Common Earbuds Problems & Troubleshooting

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds have stopped working

If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.

3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range

If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.

Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has low volume

If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.

Microphone not working

If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:

If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbud, so try replacing them or get a refund.

If the earbuds are earbuds not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:

1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> elect Bluetooth,

2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or update the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.

3. Try resetting the earbuds as said in the pairing section above.
