Вот чего не ожидала от вроде как безобидного на первый взгляд средства (куда больше боялась Киркмана биофильма…). После приема в лежку на 2 дня, крутило, тошнило, чистило так, что думала — что ж такое со мной ужасного внутри может быть? Желудок болел очень.. Совет — начинайте принимать только когда у вас впереди выходной, все может быть … Чистка прекрасная, после трети банки прошли боли в желудке. Я даже не поняла при чем тут нижний отдел кишечника (с ним как раз еще остались проблемы). Рекомендую, чистит, видимо, что надо в первую очередь.

Я, в целом, оцениваю работу препарата на четверку. Но сразу оговорюсь, что у меня проблемно работает ЖКТ и многие средства, которые помогают всем, мне не подходят. Этот препарат даёт эффект, но не в том виде, который заявлен. Безусловно, он стимулирует работу кишечника, но не так регулярно, как обещает производитель. На мне работает через раз, пью 6 капсул в день. Могу отметить, что никаких неприятных ощущений в виде боли в животе или газообразования, он не даёт.
Пропью курс из двух банок и, пожалуй, повторять не буду. Такой же эффект даёт мне яблочная клетчатка от Now, которую пить гораздо приятнее и вкуснее

Данный продукт был взят для очищение желудка и решения проблемы с запорами !Принимаю одну капсулу утром -одну вечером -очищение ЖКТ с утра присутствует! Сказать что это супер очищение не могу -точно такой же эффект может быть от Крушины -от Сены от Трифалы -да от любого слабительного -я их чередую -испробовала много -и это очередное на моем пути ! Что то сверх естественного или какого то мощного очищения я не почувствовала! Обычное слабительное !

I received my order today and three of the bottles were unsealed and open! Also, I believe them to be unauthentic! I compared them to a previous order & size and color are both off! (Mine on the left, there’s on the right) Seller wants me to pay to return???

Product works well. Eliminates gas and bloating

If you need help going to the bathroom, these are it !!! Highly recommend! You’ll be blowing the toilet up after taking these ! I’ll be hurting and bloated for days from being so backed up , and after taking these I take alot of dookies now !!! These have been such a big relief on my stomach and so glad I found out about them ! This is the best brand out there !!! Buy them !!!

We added this to our supplement routine about a year ago. In my opinion, this supplement does not replace good nutrition But… it really does what it says.
Now that we’ve been taking it for a while, we’ve adjusted it to one capsule in the morning and one at night.
Definitely worth a try is you’re looking for some help in that area

A normal bowel movement which when I use it creates one every time

I’ve felt so much better with IBS since using this product. Dr Christophers formulas really do work. I have used the Nerve formula, Relax-Eze, and liquid Nerve formula and think they are very good also. They seem to help with getting to sleep and I think they may be helping with Restless Leg Syndrome; also. I think studying some of his literature helps to know what products will help you. My only question is this. I received Lower Bowel Formula in the mail. We live in the desert and the box sat in the mailbox in 106 degree temp for about six to eight hrs. Tne directions say store in a cool dry place. I wish it had been a different mail carrier, as they would have put the pk on the porch in the shade. Will they be damaged? Oh, one more thing. If you are looking to cure yourself of something like IBS you need to try and eliminate some of the things that trigger it. Dr Christopher had suggested a Muscleless diet, no flour or bread, get rid of sugar and aspertane. I have slowed down on these things such as my diet coke every day, sugar ever day, cheese, dairy. am eating healther, but not giving up every thing I love, just being more moderate. The shipper was fast! I tried ordering this on Walmart.ca and it took months to arrive. I’ve used this herbal formulation for over forty years and it is the best in class. Try it together with psyllium in juice or water. Dr. Christopher was a Master Herbalist before herbs were a popular part of the culture. He received many of his formulae through inspiration and revelation. He taught a week-long course in my city once and told us of all the healings he did using herbs. I have used other products of his and trust them — they are all great and superior in action to other herbal formulae.

Chamomile: Has been traditionally used for healthy digestion to help relieve symptoms of gas and bloating, aiding a normal stomach mucosal lining, and has been used for nausea and effects of lower bowel distress. Chamomile also supports the nervous and respiratory systems.
Cramp bark: Has been traditionally used for smooth muscle support as it relieves symptoms of cramping or spasms. It has been used for female issues such as a woman’s tendency toward miscarriages, painful periods, and false labor pains. It assists gastrointestinal and urinary systems and supports bowel muscle tone.
Lobelia: Commonly used for respiratory health, but may also assists in digestive tract and nervous system health. It has been used as an expectorant to aid in lung and bronchial health.
Marshmallow Root: Valuable as it coats and soothes mucus membranes. It is best for soothing the mucosal lining of the gastrointestinal and urinary tracts as well as other mucosal linings in the body. Marshmallow has been used externally to soothe skin ulcers and wounds. It also aids in immune health.
Melissa (Lemon Balm): Assists in a healthy digestive tract, and may relieve gas and bloating that can put pressure on the heart. It has been used as a relaxant and cardiovascular tonic as well as for normal muscle function and promoting restful sleep. Melissa helps to support symptoms of stress and also symptoms of uncomfortable periods.
Wild Yam Root: Helps the function of the liver which increases bile production (natural bowel lubricant and detoxifier), which assists the digestive system. It is invaluable for abdominal health as it soothes the mucosal lining of the intestines.
Yellow Dock: Mildly stimulates the liver (liver support) to produce more bile which soothes and lubricates the intestines, and slightly stimulates peristalsis of the colon. It is a small source of iron.
