Introduction: Knex M1 Garand

he he he… well, here out of noware I have made my m1 garand. there is some histor behid this gun, and with this one I got around 90ft of range with 1 #64 rubber band with a sniper round. (credit to killerk for the mecanisum)

v1: I took the mag off my carbine and added a semi auto cogwheel. hated it so turned back to my m1 carbine.

v2:built a huge peice wasting thing with a semi auto cogwheel. quit when I realised I had to make 5 o the frame (lol)

v3:made somthing smaller and better. finished with semi auto cogwheel yet it fired rubber bands and the frame was not able to take the force of 8.

v4: made a springfeild sniper and made it into a m1

v5:atamted to fit the m1 with a fiering pin mag bolt action system. realiesd in a bad way that was not my thing…

v6:fitted it with an sr-v1 type trigger and changed some stuff around

v7 latest:just added a trigger gaured and moded the bullet

Designed using advanced building techniques, this custom LEGO M1 Garand rifle is realistic (life-size, at approx. 1:1 scale) and fun to build. It features a pull-back trigger, moving bolt / charging handle, removable en-bloc clip of ammunition, and look-down iron sights with rotating adjustment dials. The sling swivels are functional; I’ve also included separate sets of instructions and parts list code for a mountable bayonet and display stand. This WWII gun model is a neat display piece and perfect conversation-starter for you and your friends! If you like my replica LEGO gun, please support my work and purchase a set of instructions. Thank you so much!

The building instructions are in PDF format for an easy-access building experience on every device.

The rifle model with its ammo clip requires 1,501 LEGO pieces, not included, and it’s super easy to buy all the parts you need (if you don’t have them already); click here to download the parts lists if you’d like to shop the required pieces ahead of time. When you buy these instructions, you’ll receive my easy-to-follow guide on how to automatically create a shopping list for everything you need with the provided XML code. You can also watch a 10min video here where I explain the process step-by-step: it’s quite simple and less expensive to do yourself than buying a kit.

A UCS-style decal for the M1 is available for sale separately from Ultimate Collector Stickers here, and free instructions for the brick-built plaques are downloadable here.
