    About the PS4-200 Compact PLC Elements Power supply unit The PS4-200 is operated with a rated voltage of 24 V DC. The power supply connection is protected against polarity reversal. The 24 V connection enables the PLC in the control cabinet to be supplied with voltages to industrial standards (IEC).

moeller ps4-341-mm1

Привет всем.
есть в наличии данный ПЛК.
скачал софт Sucosoft S40 (demo).
в контроллере крутиться какой то проект.
как мне его выгрузить на компьютер (сделать бэкап)?
захожу в transfer manager и там не нахожу как скачать исполняемый файл на компьютер

Из этого контроллера (или из его флэш памяти) Вы сможете выкачать (а потом назад закачать) только оттранслированный загрузочный код программы…
Редактировать Вы его из под редактора S40 не сможете… Для выгрузки нужно установить S40 (лучше ставьте самую последнюю со всеми апдейтами)
— спаять кабель для подключения к COM порту компьютера … ну дальше все в Help описано…

мне и нужен оттранслированный (скомпилированный) файл, редактирование не нужно. установил S40. спаял кабель, подключился. вижу диагностическую информацию о контроллере. не могу найти как выгрузить программу.
может быть проблема в том что я установил S40 v5 ДЕМО версии? у вас случайно нет рабочей версии данного софта и key для него?

зачем Вам оттранслированный файл? … если в контроллере флешка… можете через нее перетащить программу в другой контролер

Я не очень понимаю что Вы там установили…? S40 v5 без ключа просто не ставится…- там нет демо версии…при установке он требует серийник…
Для чего Вам это? Я уже писал что для загрузки/выгрузки оттранслированного кода можно и флешкой обойтись…

bugorka тут Вы не правы. вот скачал очередной раз Sucosoft. по вашей ссылке ftp://ftp.moeller.net/AUTOMATION/DOWNLO … O_VERSION/. устанавливается только Демо версия и не требует при установке никаких ключей. можете попробовать для интереса. в интернете тоже не нашел ссылок на рабочую НЕ демовскую версию. если у вас есть ссылка или сама прога поделитесь ?

только скачать файл с контроллера так и не получилось. открыл Test and Comisioning, выполнил коннект, открыл окно Transfer file manager. на карте памяти отображается файл «*.pcd». в справке нашел, что можно передать файл с флешки на комп но только не с расширением pcd. а на вкладке Controller можно сделать только рестарт и больше никаких функций. то есть, если нет флешки из самого плк вообще нельзя скачать файл? в ps4-201 из под дос можно хоть с шлешки , хоть из оперативки (если нет флешки) выгрузить проект, а тут никак

*.PCD это и есть код программы. *.OSF — операционная система ПЛК. У moeller без карточки не обойтись. Можно с контроллера на пустую карту записать программу, см- http://www.plctalk.net/qanda/showthread.php?t=78467 , или с карты в контроллере в ПК. С самим контроллером можно только сравнить программу, если она у вас есть.
С карты памяти вроде так- Transfer/File Manager->Memory medium-> выбираем MC->выбираем файл на МС *.PCD-> Transfer to PRG
Не забываем, что форум это не руководство к действию, все делаем на свой страх и риск. Простое выключение и включение контроллера, как по ссылке выше, может вызвать потерю программы.

Добрый день. Подскажите, на контроллере PS4-341-MM1 мигают 1(Ready) и 3(Not Ready) светодиоды, что это означает? я так подозреваю, контроллер говорит что программы нет и он готов программироваться. Но вот беда, собрав кабель для подключения по RS232, скачав программу как сказано выше, не могу подключиться к контроллеру. Подскажите, возможно что контроллер совсем заглючил, стёр рабочую программу и ушел в стопор по операционной системе, что я не могу к нему подключиться?

Кому интересно: поменяв Rx/Tx (2 и 5 контакты) местами — связь с контроллером получил. При проверки программы и карты памяти выскакивала надпись «PLC in BOOT status» вылечилось это Transfer/File Manager -> programmer-> операционная система -> загрузить в PLC, по окончанию загрузки 1(Ready) и 3(Not Ready) прекратили мигать, загорелась 1(Ready). Дальше как описывалось выше, из карты памяти загрузил программу в плк.

Здравствуйте! Прошу помочь с настройкой контроллера Moeller PS4-341.Есть софт, есть исполняемый файл. Контроллер без карты памяти. После заливки исполняемого файла, контроллер переходит в режим ready, а как перевести в режим run не могу понять.

А вы сперва пытались мануал почитать (страница 59 или 62)? Перевести в run? Там есть переключатель чтобы сперва его в run переключить (среднее положение 2), а потом один раз нажать кнопку reset — если после этого он не ушел в работу, но только подключившись можно сказать что с ним.

Да, пришлось перезалить программу через Sucosoft S40 и получилось сделать Coolstart
