мне предложили работу и я в принципе согласился,но работать надо на Multicam 1000 а я до этого работал только на SCM-Record-131(ПО-Xilog) и на Beaver-9A(ПО-VicControl) то есть в мультикаме ничё не понимаю,а отказываться не хочется.Может у кого есть какой-нить мануал или гид ,что бы изучить хотя бы начало,типа-как откалибровать станок,перемещение и быстрое перемещение по осям,работа со шпинделем и тд.Заранее благодарен.

Главное в нашем деле это что? Главное НЕ СЦАТЬ ! И естчо грамотно снять фаску. Не сцать — энто значит не обсцыкацца в труселя, когда в роговой отсек прилетает обломок фрезы :unknw: , а грамотно снятая фаска облагораживает даже безнадежно убитую заготовку :blum: :unknw: .
Ежели сурьезно — сення днем попробую надыбать у знакомого мануал на мультик 3000 серии, если у него есть. Ничо заранее не обещаю, но если смогу — помогу.

Настройка Multicam 1000

Добрый день! Купили 1000-ник, подключили к щиту управления 3 фазы как положено, при включении работают вентиляторы и одна из плат управления но блок подающий напряжение на фрезу и пульт от нее не включаются. При насильном запуске пускателя, на блоке мигают RUN и Allarm, и через 5 сек. отключается. Подскажите пожалуйста что может быть?

Проверьте заземление, Мултикам требует очень хорошей земли.

Блок питающий шпиндель включается отдельно, с пульта.Надо нажать две кнопки: одна справа, со стрелкой вверх, вторая в левом верхнем углу(дом). На пульте появляется надпись (по английски): инициализация ………. Станок находит концевые датчики, по Х, У, Z и собственно, готов к работе.
