Компьютер
Система легкая и не требовательна к ПК. Свободный PCI на материнской плате является важным условием работы контроллера.
Чтобы правильно собрать КП для работы на станке важно учесть:
- Условия работы станка и компьютера
- Задачи возлагаемые на компьютер с NcStudio. Лучше если разделять задачи по разным ПК. Так все работать будет стабильнее и не будет оказывать влияние на производство в целом.
Минимальные требования к ПК
- Процессор: Inlel Aton 2500 и выше.
- Важным будет исключить радиатор с вентилятором, так как в рабочем помещении будет пыльно и это может стать серьезной проблемой.
- Материнская плата mATX с разъемом для установки платы.
- Контроллер PM85А -разъем PCI
- Контроллер PM95А — разъем PCI-E
- Оперативная память: 4 Гб.
- Меньший объем будет доставлять много проблем и будет не комфортно работать на ПК.
- Жеский диск: SSD объемом 128 Гб
- Использовать классический диск не стоит. Он будет перегреваться и работать медленно.
- Видео карта: Достаточно встроенной.
- Монитор 17 дюймов с разрешением 1280х1024 px

Double click MER_Setup_cn.exe to initiate the installation procedure.

It is suggested to manually configure static IP address. The software is installed successfully. And the system automatically starts the camera driver. -

WEIHONG ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. CCD Commissioning To make CCD ready for machining, you need to adjust the camera and do some commissioning. Follow steps below to do the commissioning. Power up and start the NC system. Turn the system to Homing mode, and return all machine axes to the machine origin.

The system records the current height. It proves that when the magnification factor sets to 15X, the camera gets the best adjusting result.

WEIHONG ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. Set parameters. Move It sets the moving distance of the machine. Sample It sets how many times that CCD shoots and acquires sample or characteristic points. Interval It sets the sampling interval distance. Sampling delay It sets the delay time before each sampling.

WEIHONG ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. Click left and right arrow buttons to move the camera. Stop moving the camera until the cross in camera center is at the hole center. Click Record Pos 2. The system will automatically calculate the offsets in both X-axis and Y-axis.

Click Mark A1. Set parameters. Offset X/Y Offsets in X-axis and Y-axis, which decide the position of picking template.

Click Apply to activate parameter settings and click OK. Measuring Distance and Angles Use Measure function to measure the distance or angle between two specified points.
