ОПАСНО!
ОПАСНОСТЬ ПОРАЖЕНИЯ ЭЛЕКТРИЧЕСКИМ ТОКОМ, ВЗРЫВА ИЛИ ВСПЫШКА ДУГИ
- Применяйте соответствующие средства индивидуальной защиты (СИЗ) и соблюдайте безопасные методы работы с электричеством. См. NFPA 70E, CSA Z462 или местный аналог.
- Это оборудование должно устанавливаться и обслуживаться только квалифицированным электриком.
- Перед работой с оборудованием или внутри него отключите все источники питания для этого оборудования. Заблокируйте распределительное устройство в изолированном положении.
- Всегда используйте правильно номинальный объемtagЧувствительное устройство, подтверждающее отключение питания.
- Установите барьеры безопасности и установите знак опасности.
- Замените все устройства, дверцы и крышки перед включением питания этого оборудования.
Несоблюдение этих инструкций приведет к смерти или серьезным травмам.

Необходимые инструменты
Отвертка (крестовая № 2, 3 и шлицевая), комбинированный ключ, угловой торцевой ключ, шестигранный ключ, пила, бокорезы, плоский захват.
Возможные комбинации
Использование кабелей для блокировки 3 устройств (2 источников QS1 и QS2 и 1 соединительный QC) означает, что любые 2 из 3 устройств могут быть отключены.
- Возможно в режиме переопределения
Устройства с блокировкой могут располагаться друг над другом или устанавливаться бок о бок. Они могут быть стационарными или выдвижными, 3-полюсными или 4-полюсными, с различными номиналами и размерами.

Меры предосторожности перед выполнением любых работ
ПОЖАЛУЙСТА, ОБРАТИТЕ ВНИМАНИЕ
Перед выполнением любых работ всегда обесточивайте устройство, как указано здесь. Выдвижные устройства должны быть переведены в отключенное положение.

Это нормально и необходимо найти следы смазки на кулачках пластины.

ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ
РИСК ЗАМЯТИЯ КАБЕЛЯ
- Между двумя устройствами не должно быть более 3 изгибов кабеля.
- Для каждого изгиба кабеля радиус кривизны должен быть более 100 мм (3.94 дюйма).
- Кабель не должен скручиваться в петлю: кабель необходимо обрезать до нужной длины в соответствии с процедурой, описанной в этом документе.
Несоблюдение этих инструкций может привести к смерти, серьезным травмам или повреждению оборудования.

Заблокируйте кнопки закрытия
Блокирующая крышка кнопки VBP обеспечивает резервирование в дополнение к системе механической блокировки.
Использование запирающей крышки кнопки обязательно на каждом блокируемом устройстве. Кнопки закрытия сблокированных устройств должны быть заблокированы навесными замками с общим ключом, чтобы избежать одновременного закрытия сблокированных устройств. Установите блокирующую крышку кнопки VBP на каждое блокируемое устройство, если она еще не установлена.
