Электронный миомассажер Omron E-4 Tens предназначен для проведения лечебно – профилактических процедур в домашних и амбулаторных условиях при ряде заболеваний. 

Эффективен для снятия мышечных болей, для проведения реабилитации при нервно-мышечной патологии, последствий травм, показан для применения в спортивной медицине и в процессе тренировок. 

Благодаря наличию специальных функций, он может воздействовать точечно, рефлекторно на точки акупунктуры, добиваясь лечебного воздействия на тот или иной внутренний орган.

Прибор оснащен дополнительной функцией и может действовать как прибор ЧЭНС (чрескожная электронейростимуляция) позволяя добиться более выраженного и быстрого обезболивающего эффекта. 

Перед применением прибора рекомендуется консультация врача. Лечение Omron –E4 можно проводить в комплексе с медикаментозными препаратами, применяемыми при данной патологии. 

Лечение Omron E4 высокоэффективное и возможно его проведение как монотерапия. Оно хорошо сочетается с другими необходимыми специальными и физиотерапевтическими процедурами. 

Показания к применению: 

• Пояснично-крестцовые радикулиты. 
• Шейный остеохондроз. 
• Неврит лицевого нерва. 
• Вегетативно-сосудистая дистония. 
• Гипертоническая болезнь. 
• Артериальная гипотензия. 
• Головная боль – сосудистая, мышечного напряжения, вследствие шейного остеохондроза, изменения погоды (метеочувствительность), стрессов. 
• Хронический, рецидивирующий бронхит. 
• Вазомоторный ринит. 
• Хронический гастродуоденит. 
• Хронический атонический запор. 
• Дискенезия желчевыводящих путей.
• Импотенция. 
• Энурез. 
• Спортивные травмы — растяжения и ушибы ( без крупных гематом) – боль в мышцах после тренировок, спортивных нагрузках, ушиб колена, изменения в менисках, растяжения в голеностопных суставах, локтевом и плечевом суставе, рука « теннисиста», писчий спазм, тоннельные синдромы.

Пояснично-крестцовые радикулиты. Болевые, моторные и вегетативные нарушения, обусловленные поражением корешков спинного мозга, вследствие остеохондроза позвоночника. Остеохондроз позвоночника – дегенеративно-дистрофический процесс, возникающий в ткани межпозвоночного диска. В пораженном сегменте возникают повреждение связок, суставов межпозвоночных, сухожилий и мышц. Боль локализуется в поясничном отделе позвоночника, идет по ходу седалищного нерва от ягодицы к большому пальцу ноги, либо по передней поверхности бедра в колено. В основе возникновения боли лежит механический, компрессионный фактор.

Воздействие физиотерапевтическое:

1-3 день – 3 раза в день, одновременно в один сеанс, программа L (15 мин.), затем программа Q-8 (15мин.). 
4 – 7 день – 2 раза в день программы L и Q-8. 
8 – 20 день – 1 раз в день на ночь программа Q-8. 
Локализация. Располагайте электроды параллельно позвоночнику, на расстоянии 2 сантиметров от центра (остистых позвонков) в районе боли или нижнепоясничного отдела позвоночника.

Воздействие рефлекторное:

В течение 10 дней 1 раз в день ставьте электрод на точку E-36 с двух сторон. Программа Q-6 W2.

Примечания:

В зависимости от длительности и интенсивности болевого синдрома Вы можете первый этап воздействия увеличить с 3 до 5 – 7 дней. Обязательно применяйте в комплексе лечения противовоспалитель- ные препараты. Профилактические курсы лечения по 20 дней – 3 — 4 раза в год.

Шейный остеохондроз

Воздействие физиотерапевтическое:

1-5 день – 2 раза в день одновременно в один сеанс ставьте поочередно программу Q-3 на плечи и Q-8 на спину уровень 7 – 8 грудного позвонка. 
6 – 12 деньQ-3 на плечи.

Воздействие рефлекторное:

В течение 10 дней 1 раз в день ставьте электрод на точку IG-5,6 с двух сторон. Программа Q-6 W4.

Примечания:

Курс лечения можно увеличить до 3-х недель. Профилактические курсы лечения по 20 дней – 3 — 4 раза в год.

Грудной остеохондроз (грудной радикулит) – опоясывающие боли на уровне грудной клетки или живота, а так же моторные и вегетативные нарушения, обусловленные поражением корешков спинного мозга, вследствие остеохондроза позвоночника.

Воздействие физиотерапевтическое:

1-3 день – 3 раза в день, одновременно в один сеанс, программа L, затем программа Q-3. 
4 – 7 день – 2 раза в день программы L и Q-3. 
8 – 20 день – 1 раз в день на ночь программа Q-8. Локализация. Располагайте электроды параллельно позвоночнику, на расстоянии 2 сантиметров от центра (остистых позвонков) в районе боли.

Невралгия тройничного нерва — тяжелое заболевание нервной системы, проявляющееся приступами боли, локализация, которой соответствует расположению ветвей этого нерва на лице.

Воздействие физиотерапевтическое:

В течении 10 – 30 дней ( по необходимости) ставьте один электрод на зону локализации боли на лице, второй на руку (с той же стороны) зона точки GI-4. Программа L.

Воздействие рефлекторное:

В течение 10 дней 1 раз в день ставьте электрод на точки GI-4 с двух сторон. Программа Q-6 W2.

Примечания:

Курс лечения можно увеличить до 3-х недель. Профилактические курсы лечения по 20 дней – 3 — 4 раза в год.

Неврит лицевого нерва – парез или паралич мимических мышц на соответствующей стороне лица. Чаще всего наблюдается неврит инфекционно-аллергического происхождения или идиопатический паралич Белла.

Воздействие физиотерапевтическое:

В течении 10 – 15 дней ставьте один электрод на зону локализации боли на лице, второй на руку (с той же стороны) зона точки GI-4. Программа Q–3 чередовать Q-4.

Воздействие рефлекторное:

В течение 10 дней 1 раз в день ставьте электрод на точки GI-4 с двух сторон. Программа Q-6 W2.

Примечания:

Курс лечения проводится 4-5 раз в год. Перерыв между курсами 3 – 4 недели.

Вегетативно-сосудистая дистония – (нейроциркуляторная дистония) – проявляется нестабильностью артериального давления, эмоциональная лабильность, беспокойный сон, быстрая утомляемость, учащение и лабильность пульса, потливость и пр. Страдают 90 % женщин.

Воздействие физиотерапевтическое:

В течение 15 дней 1 раз в день ставьте электроды на плечи, программа Q-3.

Воздействие рефлекторное:

В течение 10 дней 1 раз в день ставьте электрод на точки С-7 с двух сторон. Программа Q-6 W2.

Примечания:

Повторный курс можно проводить через 2 недели. При необходимости, можно проводить 5-6 курсов в год.

Гипертоническая болезнь — повышение артериального давления относительно возрастной и индивидуальной нормы.

Воздействие физиотерапевтическое:

Артериальная гипотензия – характеризуется понижением систолического давления (верхнего) – ниже 100 мм.рт.ст., и диастолического (нижнего) – ниже 60 мм.рт.ст.

Воздействие физиотерапевтическое:

В течение 15 дней 1 раз в день ставьте электроды на плечи, программа Q-3.

Воздействие рефлекторное:

В течение 10 дней 1 раз в день ставьте электрод на точки C-7,F-3 с двух сторон, чередуя. Программа Q-6 W2.

Головная боль – сосудистая, мышечного напряжения, вследствие шейного остеохондроза, изменения погоды (метеочувствительность), стрессов.

В течение 10 дней 1 раз в день ставьте электрод на точки GI-4 с двух сторон. Программа Q-6 W2.

Примечания:

Повторный курс можно проводить через 2 недели. При необходимости, можно проводить 5-6 курсов в год. Начните профилактический курс лечения за 1 месяц до цветения трав весной.

Хронический, рецидивирующий бронхит – диффузное прогрессирующее воспаление бронхов, проявляющееся кашлем, который продолжается не менее 3 месяцев.

Воздействие физиотерапевтическое:

В течение 20 дней 2 раз в день ставьте электроды на уровне 2-4 грудного позвонков, на расстоянии 1 см от центра, программа Q-3.

Воздействие рефлекторное:

В течение 10 дней 1 раз в день ставьте электрод на точки GI-4 с двух сторон. Программа Q-6 W2.

Примечания:

Повторный курс можно проводить через 2 недели. При необходимости, можно проводить 5-6 курсов в год. Начните профилактический курс лечения за 1 месяц до цветения трав весной. 

Обязательно проводите курс лечения после простудных заболеваний. Рекомендуется баночный массаж.

Хронический гастродуоденит – хроническое воспалительное заболевание слизистой оболочки желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки. Страдают 90 % людей.

Воздействие физиотерапевтическое:

В течение 20 дней 1 раз в день ставьте электроды на уровне 7-8 грудного позвонков, на расстоянии 1 см от центра, программа Q-3.

Воздействие рефлекторное:

В течение 10 дней 1 раз в день ставьте электрод на точки E-36 с двух сторон. Программа Q-6 W2.

Примечания:

Курс лечения проводится 3 -4 раза в год. Перерыв между курсами 1,5 – 2 месяца.

Хронический атонический запор – синдром, характеризующийся длительной задержкой дефекации. При атоническом запоре – каловые массы обильные, оформленные, при спастическом – в виде «овечьего кала». Часто страдают пожилые люди.

Воздействие физиотерапевтическое:

В течение 20 дней 1 раз в день ставьте электроды на расстоянии ширины ладони в сторону от пупка, программа Q-3.

Воздействие рефлекторное:

В течение 10 дней 1 раз в день ставьте электрод на точки E-36 с двух сторон. Программа Q-6 W2.

Примечания:

Повторный курс можно проводить через 2 недели. При необходимости, можно проводить 5-6 курсов в год.

Дискенезия желчевыводящих путей – функциональные нарушения тонуса и моторики желчного пузыря и желчевыводящих путей. Проявляются в виде ноющих и схваткообразных болей в левом подреберье.

Воздействие физиотерапевтическое:

В течение 20 дней 1 раз в день ставьте электроды на уровне 7-8 грудного позвонков, на расстоянии 1 см от центра, программа Q-3.

Спортивные травмы

Воздействие физиотерапевтическое:

Ставиться с двух сторон от пораженного сустава (внутренняя — наружная поверхность, верх — низ). С двух сторон мышцы (верхняя и нижняя головка мышцы, место крепления головки мышцы). При локальной боли, электроды ставятся выше и ниже места боли на расстоянии 3-4 см. от центра локализации ощущений.

Примечания:

Программа: при локальной боли — программа – L; при мышечном спазме- программа – Q-3; при растяжениях — программа – Q-8; при болях в суставах – программа – Q-4; при спазме, усталости мышц рук, ног – программы – Q-5,7.

Подготовка к спортивным соревнованиям

Воздействие физиотерапевтическое

На 1-2 цикла (15-30 минут) ставьте электроды на разминаемые мышцы перед тренировкой, соревнованиями. Программа — К.

Примечания

Используйте группы мышц, которые наиболее подвергаются нагрузки в данном виде спорта. Например: бегун -икроножные мышцы

W-1 (W-3)	Преимущественное воздействие на правый (красный), левый электрод.	Применяется при ощущениях асимметрии воздействия
W-2	Точечное воздействие.	Применяется для воздействия на точки акупунктуры. Располагайте центр кнопки прикрепления электрода над точкой воздействия.
W-4	Воздействие по ширине всего электрода.	Используется во всех случаях воздействия, кроме точечного.
M	Включение – выключение прибора, регулировка интенсивности.	Прибор отключается автоматически через 15 минут, по окончании программы. Повышайте интенсивность воздействия электрическими импульсами постепенно: помните – чем выше частота, тоньше и нежнее кожа – тем больше ощущения.

Противопоказанием к применению является:

1. Доброкачественные и злокачественные новообразования. 

2. Беременность. 

3. Острые инфекционные заболевания и лихорадка неясной этиологии. 

4. Хронические инфекционные заболевания. 

5. Декомпенсированные заболевания сердца, легких других внутренних органов. 

6. Инфаркт миокарда, головного мозга. 

7. Активный ревматизм. 

8. Венозные тромбозы, эмболии в остром периоде. 

9. Наличие искусственного (ЭКС), выраженные аритмии, эктрасистолии. 

Расположение электродов на теле. 

Внимание! Пользуйтесь всегда только чистыми пластинами. 

Не перегибайте пластины. 

Избегайте касание пластин к металлическим предметам, таким как пряжка ремня, цепочка и т.д. 

Не повредите адгезионную поверхность электродных пластин!

Наложите пластины на оба плеча так, чтобы позвоночник оказался в центре между пластинами.

Расположите пластины на обеих сторонах сустава, в котором Вы чувствуете боль.

Наложите пластины на руку, в которой Вы чувствуете боль.

Положите одну пластину к подошве ноги, в которой Вы ощущаете холод, а другую пластину к икре.

Внимание! Не накладывайте обе пластины одновременно на подошвы обеих ног!

Наложите обе пластины на икру, в которой Вы чувствуете боль.

Наложите пластины на нижнюю часть спины, чтобы позвоночник оказался в центре.
