You must first set up your phone before you can use it. This doesn’t take long as it is easy to do. Just follow the simple instructions in this user guide or the quick start guide included with the phone.

    2. Connect the included or a standard Ethernet cable between the Internet port on the phone and the one on the wall or switch/hub device port. Power over Ethernet With the included or a regular Ethernet cable, the SIP-T42S IP phone can be powered from a PoE- compliant switch or hub. To connect the PoE: Connect the Ethernet cable between the Internet port on the phone and an available port on the in-line power switch/hub.

    HV.Select Yealink T42S Phone User Guide Provisioning Your Yealink SIP-T42S IP Phone will be pre-loaded with all the information it needs to automatically provision the WHC once all the connections have been made.  Once connected to the network port that is providing network access, the phone will do a series of firmware updates (please allow the phone time to complete).

    HV.Select Yealink T42S Phone User Guide Basic Call Features Placing Calls You can place a call in three ways using your SIP-T42S IP phone:  Using the handset  Using the speakerphone  Using the headset You can also dial the number first, and then choose the way you want to speak to the other party.

    HV.Select Yealink T42S Phone User Guide Transferring Calls You can transfer a call to another party in one of the three ways:  Blind Transfer: Transfer a call directly to another party without consulting.  Semi-Attended Transfer: Transfer a call when the target phone is ringing.

    HV.Select Yealink T42S Phone User Guide  Press the Cancel soft key to drop the conference call. Do Not Disturb (DND) Press the DND soft key when the phone is idle. The icon on the idle screen indicates that DND is enabled.

    HV.Select Yealink T42S Phone User Guide Voicemail When receiving a new voice mail, the phone will play a warning tone, and the power indicator LED will slow flash red. The LCD screen will display a prompt message and appear an icon.

Описание функций

  1. Клавиши линий — позволяет выбрать телефонную линию, view вызовы по линии или быстрый вызов избранного контакта.
  2. Программные клавиши — позволяет выбирать контекстно-зависимые клавиши, которые отображаются в нижней части экрана.
  3. Клавиши навигации — прокрутка информации и параметров, отображаемых на экране телефона.
  4. Клавиша отмены — отменяет действие или отклоняет входящие вызовы.
  5. Клавиша отключения/включения звука — отключает звук во время вызовов и конференций.
  6. Клавиша гарнитуры — позволяет выполнять и принимать вызовы через гарнитуру.
  7. Клавиша голосовой почты — позволяет получить доступ к сообщениям голосовой почты.
  8. Клавиша повторного набора — позволяет набрать последний набранный номер или добавочный номер.
  9. Клавиша громкой связи — позволяет совершать и принимать вызовы с помощью громкой связи.
  10. Клавиши громкости — регулируют громкость трубки, гарнитуры и динамика.

Сделать звонок

Наберите номер и выполните одно из следующих действий: 

Отвечая на звонок 

Опции: 

Постановка вызова на удержание

  • Нажмите программную клавишу Hold или наберите Yealink-T42S-гигабитный IP-телефон-рис-4во время активного вызова.

Получение удерживаемого вызова

  • Нажмите программную клавишу Возобновить или  Yealink-T42S-гигабитный IP-телефон-рис-5  чтобы восстановить удерживаемый вызов.

Начало конференц-связи

  1. Во время активного вызова нажмите программную клавишу Конф.
  2. Наберите добавочный номер другого абонента, которого вы хотите добавить к вызову.
  3. Когда другой абонент ответит, нажмите программную клавишу Конф, чтобы объединить два вызова.

Получение запаркованного вызова

  • Нажмите Yealink-T42S-гигабитный IP-телефон-рис-6, а затем расположение парка.

Перевод звонка

Теплый трансфер:

  1. Во время активного вызова нажмите программную клавишу Перевод.
  2. Наберите номер другого абонента.
  3. Когда вызываемая сторона ответит, предоставьте информацию и подтвердите, что они хотели бы принять вызов.
  4. Нажмите программную клавишу Передача.

Слепой перевод: 

  1. Во время активного вызова нажмите программную клавишу Перевод.
  2. Нажмите программную клавишу Слепой.
  3. Наберите добавочный номер другого абонента.
  4. Нажмите программную клавишу Передача.

Передача голосовой почты:

  1. Нажмите программную клавишу Передача.
  2. Набор номера Yealink-T42S-гигабитный IP-телефон-рис-7плюс добавочный номер
    голосовой почты, на которую вы хотите перевести вызов.

Парковка вызова

Вариант 1: 

  1. Во время активного вызова нажимайте программную клавишу Еще до тех пор, пока не отобразится программная клавиша Парковка.
  2. Нажмите программную клавишу Парковка.
  3. Прослушайте подсказку, указывающую, что вызов запаркован. В подсказке также будет объявлен добавочный номер, на котором запаркован вызов.
  4. Обратите внимание на расположение парка. Бывшийampле *802.

Вариант 2: 

  1. Во время активного вызова нажмитеYealink-T42S-гигабитный IP-телефон-рис-8
  2. Прослушайте подсказку, указывающую, что вызов запаркован. В подсказке также будет объявлен добавочный номер, на котором запаркован вызов.
  3. Обратите внимание на расположение парка. Бывшийampле *802.

Пейджинг

  • НажмитеYealink-T42S-гигабитный IP-телефон-рис-9, затем следуйте инструкциям.

Описание

Данная модель телефона снята с производства. Аналог — Yealink SIP-T43U

Yealink SIP-T42S — SIP-телефон отличается ультраэлегантным бизнес-дизайном, оснащен комплексом необходимых функций и продвинутыми техническими характеристиками. Предусмотрен специальный разъем EHS для подключения Yealink EHS36 благодаря чему можно подключить к телефону беспроводные гарнитуры Jabra, Plantronics и Sennheiser. При реализации нескольких страниц экранного меню, значения программируемых кнопок подписываются непосредственно на экране телефона, избавляя пользователей от бумажек на корпусе телефона, которые необходимо заполнять вручную.

Устройство Yealink SIP-T42S улучшенно аппаратными характеристиками, в частности увеличенным объемом flash-памяти. Кроме того, модель оснащена USB-портом для подключения как USB-адаптера от Yealink, так и флешки для записи разговоров.

Адаптер питания в комплект поставки не входит!

Yealink SIP-T42S

Yealink SIP-T42S — один из представителей новой линейки корпоративных SIP-телефонов компании Yealink. Новая модель отличается ультраэлегантным бизнес-дизайном, оснащена комплексом необходимых функций и продвинутыми техническими характеристиками.На задней стороне телефона предусмотрен специальный разъем EHS для подключения Yealink EHS36. Этот адаптер предназначен для подключения к телефону беспроводных гарнитур Jabra, Plantronics и Sennheiser. Благодаря же реализации нескольких страниц экранного меню, значения программируемых кнопок подписываются непосредственно на экране телефона, избавляя пользователей от бумажек на корпусе телефона, которые необходимо заполнять вручную.

Устройство отличается от предшествующей модели Yealink SIP-T42G улучшенными аппаратными характеристиками, в частности увеличенным объемом flash-памяти. Кроме того, обновленная модель оснащена USB-портом для подключения как USB-адаптера от Yealink, так и флешки для записи разговоров.

You can add contacts to the phone’s local directory manually or from call history. You can also personalize different ring tones for different callers.

If the language of your web browser is not supported by the phone, the web user interface will use English by default.       Voice Mail You can leave voice mails for someone else using the SIP-T42G IP phone. You can also listen to voice mails that are stored in a voice mailbox. This feature is set up on the server side. It is available on all servers.

      Select an account and then press the Connect soft key to listen to voice mails. Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) The SIP-T42G IP phone supports MWI feature when receiving a new voice message. If someone leaves you a voice mail, you will receive a message waiting indicator. MWI will be indicated in three ways: a warning tone, an indicator message (including a voice mail icon) on the LCD screen, and the power indicator LED slowly flashes red.

    Описание

    Данная модель телефона снята с производства. Аналог — Yealink SIP-T43U

    Yealink SIP-T42S — SIP-телефон отличается ультраэлегантным бизнес-дизайном, оснащен комплексом необходимых функций и продвинутыми техническими характеристиками. Предусмотрен специальный разъем EHS для подключения Yealink EHS36 благодаря чему можно подключить к телефону беспроводные гарнитуры Jabra, Plantronics и Sennheiser. При реализации нескольких страниц экранного меню, значения программируемых кнопок подписываются непосредственно на экране телефона, избавляя пользователей от бумажек на корпусе телефона, которые необходимо заполнять вручную.

    Устройство Yealink SIP-T42S улучшенно аппаратными характеристиками, в частности увеличенным объемом flash-памяти. Кроме того, модель оснащена USB-портом для подключения как USB-адаптера от Yealink, так и флешки для записи разговоров.

    Адаптер питания в комплект поставки не входит!

You must first set up your phone before you can use it. This doesn’t take long as it is easy to do.
