Паркинсонизм (в т.ч. симптоматический) преимущественно акинетико-ригидной и ригидно-дрожательной форм в составе комплексной терапии, а также в виде монотерапии, особенно на ранних стадиях болезни; коррекция побочного действия нейролептиков, терапия пограничных психических расстройств; рассеянный склероз.

Наружно, местно.
Для наружного применения используют 1–3% раствор, для полоскания полости рта и горла, нанесения на слизистые оболочки — 0,25 % раствор (3% раствор разводят водой в соотношении 1:11).
Поврежденные участки кожи или слизистой оболочки обрабатывают ватным или марлевым тампоном, смоченным раствором препарата. Тампоны следует держать пинцетом. Возможно струйное орошение раневой поверхности.
Местно, в виде интраназальных аппликаций. По 3 аппликации в сутки, по 2 впрыскивания в каждый носовой ход с интервалом 10–15 с. Прием полной суточной дозы возможен с первого дня лечения. Продолжительность курса лечения от 4–5 нед до 3–4 мес и более (при положительной динамике). Между курсами возможны перерывы 2–3 нед.
Наружно. Поврежденные участки кожи или слизистой обрабатываются ватным или марлевым тампоном, смоченным раствором или аэрозолем.

Симптомы: раздражение верхних дыхательных путей (ожог, ларинго-, бронхоспазм); при попадании внутрь — раздражение слизистых оболочек ЖКТ, гемолиз, гемоглобинурия; летальная доза — около 3 г.

Антисептическое средство из группы антиоксидантов. При контакте перекиси водорода с поврежденной кожей или слизистыми оболочками высвобождается активный кислород, при этом происходит механическое очищение и инактивация органических веществ (протеины, кровь, гной). Антисептическое действие не является стерилизующим, при его применении происходит лишь временное уменьшение количества микроорганизмов. Recommended dose and dosage schedule
1. As a disinfectant use as required. Dress the wound with cotton wool soaked in the peroxide.
2. As a mouthwash or gargle dilute one part of the peroxide to two parts of water (e.g. 5ml of peroxide and 10ml of water). Rinse the mouth for two to three minutes. This may be repeated up to three times daily.
As a disinfectant this product is suitable for use by adults, children and the elderly.

Cases of gas embolism, sometimes resulting in cardiac arrest, have been reported when Woda utleniona 3% Biofaktor has been instilled in closed body cavities or deep surgical wounds.
Strong solutions of Woda utleniona 3% Biofaktor produce irritating burns on the skin and mucous membranes with a white eschar. The pain disappears after about 1 hour. Continued use of the product as a mouthwash may cause reversible hypertrophy of the papillae of the tongue.

Woda utleniona 3% Biofaktor is used as a disinfectant and deodorant. It releases oxygen when applied to tissues, the effect lasts only as long as the oxygen is being released and is of short duration. The antimicrobial effect of the liberated oxygen is reduced in the presence of organic matter. It is used to cleanse wounds and ulcers in concentrations of up to 6%. Adhering and blood-soaked dressings may be released by the application of a solution of Woda utleniona 3% Biofaktor. A l.5% solution has been used as a mouthwash in the treatment of acute stomatitis and as a deodorant gargle.

Woda utleniona Jaroslaw is an oxidising agent with antibacterial and antiviral activity. It is used as an antiseptic, disinfectant, and deodorant. It also has a mild haemostatic action. It exerts its antiseptic action partly by its ready release of oxygen when applied to tissues, but this effect is reduced in the presence of organic matter. The mechanical effect of effervescence may be more useful for wound cleansing than the antimicrobial action.
Woda utleniona Jaroslaw exhibits antimicrobial properties against most forms of microorganisms, including dormant forms with known high resistance profiles, such as bacterial spores and protozoal cysts. It acts as an oxidative biocide to generate free radical species to induce DNA, protein and membrane lipid damage via oxidation.

Uses
Woda utleniona Jaroslaw is a mild antiseptic used on the skin to prevent infection of minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. It may also be used as a mouth rinse to help remove mucus or to relieve minor mouth irritation (e.g., due to canker/cold sores, gingivitis). This product works by releasing oxygen when it is applied to the affected area. The release of oxygen causes foaming, which helps to remove dead skin and clean the area. This product should not be used to treat deep wounds, animal bites, or serious burns.

Dosage
Woda utleniona Jaroslaw dosage
Follow all directions on the product package. If you are uncertain about any of the information, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use in the eyes or apply over large areas of skin.
If you are using this product on the skin, clean the affected area before use. Apply a small amount of product on the affected area, usually 1 to 3 times daily or as directed by your doctor. If you apply a bandage after using this product, let the area dry first.
If you are using this product as a mouth rinse, mix with an equal amount of water before using. Swish in the mouth over the affected area for at least 1 minute, then spit out. Do not swallow this product. Rinse up to 4 times daily or as directed by your dentist or doctor.
Use this product regularly in order to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, use it at the same time(s) each day.
Tell your doctor if your condition does not improve in 7 days or if it worsens. If you think you may have a serious medical problem, seek immediate medical attention.

Side Effects
Irritating burns on the skin and mucous membranes (strong solutions); reversible hypertrophy of the papillae of the tongue with continued use as mouthwash; gas embolism, rupture of the colon, proctitis, ulcerative colitis and gangrene of the intestines have occurred following colonic lavage with hydrogen peroxide solution.
Toxicity
Oral LD50 in mouse is 2000 mg/kg, and dermal LD50 is 4060 mg/kg in rat and 2000 mg/kg pig. LC50 of hydrogen peroxide vapours in rat is 2000 mg/m at 4 hours .
Oral ingestion of high dose hydrogen peroxide may cause chest and stomach pain, loss of consciousness, motor disorders, microhemorrhages and moderate leucocytosis in humans. Inhalation of highly concentrated vapours causes extreme irritation of nose and throat .
Woda utleniona Jaroslaw has no known carcinogenic potential. It was shown to be mutagenic to bacteria (Salmonella typhimurium) and the fungi, Neurospora crassa and Aspergillis chevallieri, and induced DNA damage in Escheria coli . It also caused sister chromatid exchanges and chromosomal aberrations in mammalian cells in vitro .

Не применять препарат Перекись Водорода 3%, если у пациента выявлена аллергия (гиперчувствительность) на водорода перекись.
Препарат не применять при острых wrzodziejących воспалении десен, так как это может привести к тяжелому повреждению тканей, вызванное резким выделением кислорода.
