Installation method of indicator Unscrew two M4 fastening screws on both sides at back of the indicator, remove the binding, insert the indicator into the installation hole, insert the binding again and fasten it with M4 screws.

When junction box is used to connect several load cells or extend the cable of load cell, six-wire connecting method must be adopted.

    X K 3 1 9 0-C 602 IV. Printer interface 1. Parallel printer interface adopts the standard 25-pin D type jack socket. Figure 3-6 shows the meaning of each pin. The indicator can be connected to printer by standard parallel interface printer cable.

    X K 3 1 9 0-C 602 V. Scoreboard display interface The scoreboard display interface is the 20mA current loop interface which is capable of driving various scoreboards produced by Yaohua. Please refer to appendix C for the data format and oscillograph of scoreboard display interface. In the figure, DP+ and DP- are the 20mA current loop interface of scoreboard.

Ideally suited for dosing and dosing both bulk and liquid materials.

The weighing indicator is designed on the basis of a 32-bit Cortex M3 processor and a high-precision Delta-Sigma ADC for displaying the converted signal from the weighing system. The maximum conversion speed can reach 200 / s. The indicator can simply be connected to a strain gauge transducer to create dispensers, sorting weighers, etc.

Choice of four operating procedures: totalizing weigher, subtracting weigher, sorting weigher with self-checking function and sorting weigher with external control. The sorting weigher can be used as a normal sorting weigher, or as a peak-hold weighing machine for its versatility. In quantitative and sorting scales, it is possible to store 5 groups of parameters in memory.
The A / D conversion rate and digital filtering rate can also be set according to your requirements.
Storing, checking and deleting weighing data from memory with useful information security function in case of power failure.
An accurate clock, calendar, automatic leap year and month display are all power independent.

The standard configuration includes 8 optically isolated switching inputs, using which 2 channels are used as a high-speed input for performing computations, a coding input or an interrupt input (i.e., sensitive); 8 optically isolated switching outputs (optionally equipped with an external relay box). The extension can be used to switch input and output signals. By connecting one external I / O extension unit, an additional 8 I / O switches can be obtained. A maximum of 4 I / O expansion units can be connected in series.
Two independent unsynchronized serial communication interfaces, with interface 1 for RS232 and an additional interface 2 for RS232 / RS422 / RS485. There are two communication modes: continuous signal transmission and command mode.

Weighing results of weighing in English, total values, parameters or calibration parameters - all this information can be printed out.

Он имеет высокую точность и скорость AЦ (аналого-цифрового) преобразования (по SigмА–Delta технологии) и работает на базе 32bit ARM процессора с ядром Cortex M3. Максимальная скорость преобразования составляет 200times/sec. Данный весовой контроллер широко применяется в различных быстродействующих весовых системах автоматического дозирования заполнения и выгрузки, к которым предъявляются строгие требования к высокой скорости и точности взвешивания, дозирования и контроля.
