Я тренировался на контакторах, а не лампочках. И я не реальный пацан, а реальный дважды дедушка, который может и кое-что подзабыть, когда каждый день не занимаешься одними VER-900. Однако…

Ребята привет. У приятеля проблема перестали открываться-закрываться гаражные ворота (Came VER-900Е). По его просьбе прибыл в гараж. Выпили по пару стопок.
Залез на стремянку. Открыл блок управления. Плата электроники came control board zl56.
Сразу проверил все 4 предохранителя. Один Motor Fuse на 8А в обрыве. Заменил- таже история. Видать копать надо в сторону мотора?
Воротам 12 годков! И схемка не у кого не затерялась?

12 лет и хватит…Звони мотор, смотри шестерню, может клин, да и смотри конденсат на плате…Звони выход на мотор…

Плата, как новенькая. Диоды и симистор(вроде ) на пробой не звонятся. Завтра пойду мотор сниму. Шестерня, я, понял на якоре стоит? Ну,..будет повод по стаканчику замутить.
Самогонка у него знатная. Спасибо за быстрый ответ.
А, схемы, я, так понял нету?
По любому отпишусь!

Там шестерня в редукторе пластик, вместо мотора можно лампу либо резистор повесить и проверить… Схему проси у Диалога в личку.

Ну подай от аккумулятора 12В на мотор, и проверишь…
А коли вышибает 8А , то где-то в силовой цепи: Диодный Мост→РЕЛЕ→Симистор→Лампа?

Привет Друзья. Добрался-таки я до дела. Вообщем снял я всю приблуду с потолка. На работе уже стал разбираться. Спасибо passkal за схему. Хоть что-то прояснилось.
Подал питание на мотор-работает (редуктор перед этим разобрал. Всё там в порядке. Смазка и шестерня, почти как с завода).
Запитал в холостую схему. Нормально. Подключил мотор и фишку с тремя проводами, которые тоже идут к мотору (я, так понял, это управление мотором.). Поскольку пульта с собой нет, кнопкой ОР/CL запустил мотор. Мотор заработал только в одну сторону. Никак не остановить. Только откл. питания. И, так раз 7-8.
Потом ни стого-ни сего (наверное звёзды сошлись) мотор стал работать и по часовой и против часовой стрелки. Но, только в одну сторону, он через опр. время останавливается, а в другую- не хочет. Может в эту сторону ему нагрузка нужна.
Короче я в замешательстве.
Кстати, черный элемент с тремя ногами- это не симистор, а стабилизатор 5-вольтовый(вроде).

За направления (переключают полярность) отвечают реле № 1 и 2
замените реле, проверьте управляющие импульсы на реле.

Это нормально.
На закрытие он требует упора. Можно эмитировать препятствие выдернув в момент движения клемму энкодера.
На открытие он считает обороты и останавливается через запрограммированное количество оборотов.

Не выключая питания подключаю фишку (+ Е -).
Всё система начинает нормально работать. Т.е. мотор работает 10-20сек, потом сбрасывает обороты и сам выключается.
Но,как только отключу питание—всё система не работает. Поэтому и предохранитель сгорал, т.к. мотор работал только в одну сторону.
Думал где-то не пропай. Подозрения были на контактах реле. Всё пропаял.
Короче надо схему.

Ребята, а никто не разбирал мотор? Что там в потрохах?
Стал мерить фишку (- Е +) в режиме диодной прозвонки. Между (Е -) 540мВ,
а, между (Е +) 1200мВ. Там какая-то сборка электронная? Мне кажется. что значения должны быть одинаковы! Мерил на самой фишке без платы.

Вначале отвечу на Ваши вопрос

Внутри эл. двигателя стоит энкодер https://ru.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Датчик_угла_поворота Он «считает» обороты двигателя и при обучении привода «мозги» запоминают сколько оборотов двигателю необходимо сделать от «закрыто» до «открыто», а в процессе нормальной работы привод должен вести себя как описал в посте 33 Владимир Леонидович. А теперь мысли вслух (где искать проблему сказать затрудняюсь):

Снимаю фишку (+ Е -). Вкл. кнопкой мотор. Мотор работает 2-3сек. и откл.
Опять вкл. кнопку. Мотор работает уже в другую сторону 2-3сек. и откл.

Значит «мозги» видят что нет энкодера и отключают мотор, и релюшки тоже меняют полярность нормально. Дальше:

Всё система начинает нормально работать. Т.е. мотор работает 10-20сек, потом сбрасывает обороты и сам выключается

Тоже вроде бы все нормально. Но я бы проверил на воротах полный ход отрабатывает ли мотор как в одну так и в другую сторону ( в тот момент когда как Вы пишите система начала работать нормально).

Тоже думал об этом. Но, всю приблуду оставил на работе. Теперь, если только в четверг.

Всем привет. Немного задержался. Уж извиняйте.
Вобщем установил всю приблуду на своё место. Проделал все манипуляции, как в 34посте. Система работает нормально.
Как и говорил ув. Владимир Леонидович- для остановки при закрытии, система требует нагрузки.
Всёж-таки грешу на мозговой сдвиг. (Косяк при первом опросе состояния всей приблуды). Пока бухали, открытые ворота сами закрылись через какое-то время.
Я, опешил! Но, Лёха сказал, что так и должно быть!
Решили оставить, как есть.

Чёткого ответа- кто забастовал-мотор, или плата-нет

(Даже смешно!) Хотя ТАНЦЫ с БУБНОМ ещё никто не отменял.

Всем добрый день! У меня произошла аналогичная история с платой zl56.
В один из дней при открытия ворот они не остановились и перестали реагировать на пульт.
При разборе блока ver900e, выявил слизанную шестерню на моторе. Плата в идеальном состояние.
Начал искать неисправность, поменял все конденсаторы ( так как плате более 12 лет) и пару реле которые идут на мотор. Это ни к чему не привело.
Интересный факт при первом подключении к сети мотор срабатывает на открытие но перестает реагировать и на кнопки пульта и на кнопке на плате. После сдергивания фишки (+ Е -) или питание мотора, падает в аварию и при возврате фишки на место начинает работать корректно, то есть открывает и закрывает с пульта и с кнопок (остановка ворот в заданной позиции тоже работает).
Но как только выключить общее питание (220v) история повторяется.
Где искать причину? Уже прям не знаю.

Если привод с концевыми выключателями замедления, то проверьте их исправность и положение срабатывания.

Если нет, то произведите процедуру программирования хода движения ворот с помощью кнопок на плате управления приводом.

Записать на эту кнопку другой код с другого пульта (с нового или с пульта с другим кодом). Например можно записать код в компании, торгующей пультами. С другой стороны 2 одинаковые кнопки (в Вашем случае) не могут влиять на комфорт управления воротами.

добрый день!РА плате ZL56 Came перепутали разьем питания с +Е- в результате поменял 7805 горит зел светодиод и красный радиоканал не установлен открзакр (2-7) не работают при нажатии кнопки ENC срабатывают все реле

Возможно:

• неисправен приёмник ДУ
• неисправен пульт ДУ (проверьте батарейки)
• присутствуют помехи в радиоэфире

Мы предоставляем техподдержку по автоматике CAME. По оборудованию Hormann не предоставляем.

Но если по аналогии, то скорее всего срабатывает аварийный реверс при обнаружении препятствия. Препятствием может быть: 

• неотрегулированные ролики ворот (или их заклинивание в направляющих ворот)
• неотрегулированное усилие привода
• пониженное напряжение питания привода 220 В и как следствие срабатывание токовой отсечки (сила привода стала меньше силы сопротивления ворот)

При закрытии на расстоянии 20 см от пола, ворота останавливаются и начинают подниматься, в чем причина?

Видимо речь идёт о приводе VER700 или VER900?

Или «клинят» ворота в этой точке, или напряжение в сети занижено, или не отрегулированна сила привода.

Проверьте ворота, замерьте напряжение 220В и отрегулируйте привод.

Автоматика для секционных ворот VER V700E плата радиомодуля AF43RU не могу настроить пульт TOP-434. При нажатии кнопки ENC/RADIO индикатор мигает, нажимаю кнопку на пульту ни какой реакции все перемычки стоят на месте.

Возможно проблемма в следующем:

Пульт TOP434NA, TOP434M не соместимы с приёмником AF43RU, но совместимы с приёмником AF43S или RE432.

С приёмником AF43RU совместим пульт TOP434EE.

Здравствуйте! У меня в гараже установлены подъемные секционные ворота. А проблема такая что при открывании или закрывании профиль не заходит в паз выше стоящего профиля.Иногда закрываются но с большим треском.

Вероятные причины:

После программирования VER900E и V700E, при подаче команды управления ворота начинают открываться, несмотря на то, что находятся в крайнем открытом положении.

Обратите, пожалуйста, внимание на пункт инструкции по монтажу привода: «При полностью открытых воротах установите с помощью винтов на направляющей штанге механический упор».

Типичная ошибка: вначале ставятся ворота, затем на пол укладывается плитка. Система, с отрегулированными ранее положениями ворот (верхнее и нижнее) обнаруживает до окончания цикла «закрытие» препятствие (более высокий пол) и система безопасности отрабатывает команду «аварийное открытие ворот». Исправить ситуацию можно повторным программированием блока управления. Для этого необходимо скачать инструкцию и провести программирование.

Trimmer A.C.T. = Regola il tempo di attesa in posizione di apertura. Trascorso questo tempo, viene effettuata automaticamente una manovra di chiusura. Il tempo di attesa può essere regolato da 1 secondo a 120 secondi. Regolandolo al minimo, si esclude la chiusura automatica.
Trimmer CL.SENS. = Regola la sensibilità amperometrica che controlla la forza sviluppata dal motore durante il
movimento di chiusura; se la forza supera il livello di regolazione, il sistema interviene invertendo il senso di marcia.

Memorizzazione del codice sulla scheda
Innestare la scheda di radiofrequenza sulla scheda elettronica DOPO AVER TOLTO LA TENSIONE (o scollegato le batterie).
N.B.: La scheda elettronica riconosce la scheda di radiofrequenza solo quando viene alimentata.

Attenzione! Si possono memorizzare fino a un massimo di 24 trasmettitori con codici differenti.
N.B.: ogni trasmettitore con codice differente, può essere duplicato per “n” trasmettitori (della stessa serie) a esclusione del trasmettitore ATOMO.
Attivazione comando sequenziale (2-7)
Tenere premuto il tasto ENC/RADIO sulla scheda elettronica. Il led lampeggia.
Premere il tasto (T1) del trasmettitore da memorizzare. Il led rimarrà acceso a segnalare l’avvenuta memorizzazione.
Attivazione comando di apertura parziale (2-3P)
Tenere premuto prima il tasto ENC/RADIO (il led lampeggia) e successivamente premere il tasto OP/CL sulla scheda elettronica.
Premere il tasto (T2) del trasmettitore da memorizzare. Il led rimarrà acceso a segnalare l’avvenuta memorizzazione.
Cancellazione di tutti gli utenti radio memorizzati
Posizionare i dip 1 e 2 in ON (il led di segnalazione, inizia a lampeggiare), tenere premuto il tasto ENC/RADIO per 5 secondi (il led
inizia a lampeggiare velocemente e rimarrà acceso a segnalare l’avvenuta cancellazione). Riposizionare i dip in OFF.

Collegare l’antenna con il cavo RG58 agli appositi morsetti sulla scheda.
Programmazione del finecorsa in chiusura
- Posizionare il dip n°1 in ON (il led di segnalazione programmazione lampeggia).
Premere e tenere premuto il tasto OP/CL fino a che la porta arriva in battuta di chiusura...
...quindi premere il tasto ENC/RADIO fino a quando il led di segnalazione rimane acceso per alcuni secondi e poi riprende a lampeggiare
(l’operazione di programmazione si è conclusa positivamente).
Programmazione del finecorsa in apertura
- Premere e tenere premuto il tasto OPEN fino a che la porta arriva al punto di massima apertura...
...quindi premere il tasto ENC/RADIO fino a quando il led di segnalazione rimane acceso (l’operazione di programmazione si è conclusa
positivamente).
Riportare il dip n°1 in OFF
TEST
Utilizzare il tasto OP/CL per comandare una chiusura e un’apertura per verificare di aver eseguito correttamente la programmazione.

Programmazione per la partenza rallentata da portone aperto (max. 50% della corsa)
N.B.: prima di procedere alla programmazione, disattivare la chiusura automatica regolando il trimmer A.C.T. al minimo.
A portone completamente aperto, premere e tenere premuto il tasto ENC/RADIO (il led di segnalazione programmazione lampeggia
velocemente).
Posizionare il dip 1 in ON (il led si spegne).
Rilasciare il tasto ENC/RADIO (il led lampeggia lentamente).
Premere il tasto OP/CL fino a quando il portone raggiunge il punto di fine rallentamento desiderato; premere poi il tasto ENC/RADIO
fino a quando il led di segnalazione rimane acceso (l’operazione di programmazione si è conclusa positivamente).
Riportare il dip 1 in OFF.
Programmazione di rallentamento in chiusura (min. 600 mm dalla battuta di chiusura o max. 50% della corsa)
A portone completamente chiuso, premere e tenere premuto il tasto ENC/RADIO (il led di segnalazione programmazione lampeggia
velocemente).
Posizionare il dip 2 in ON (il led si spegne).
Rilasciare il tasto ENC/RADIO (il led lampeggia lentamente).
Premere il tasto OPEN fino a quando il portone raggiunge il punto di inizio rallentamento desiderato; successivamente premere il tasto
ENC/RADIO fino a quando il led di segnalazione rimane acceso (l’operazione di programmazione si è conclusa positivamente).
Riportare il dip 2 in OFF.

Electrical connections
Adjustments
Trimmer A.C.T. = Adjusts the waiting time in the opening position. Once this time frame has lapsed, an automatic
closing procedure is performed. The waiting time may be adjusted to between 1 second and 120 seconds. Adjusting
to the minimum excludes the automatic closing function.
Trimmer CL.SENS. = Adjusts the amperometric sensitivity that controls the force of the engine developed during movement closing; if
said force becomes greater than the adjusted level, the system intervenes by inverting the direction of movement.
Trimmer OP.SENS. = Adjusts the amperometric sensitivity that controls the force of the engine developed during movement opening; if
said force becomes greater than the adjusted level, the system intervenes by inverting the direction of movement.
Function selection
1 ON - Activates the procedure for adjusting the opening and closing endpoints and the procedure for programming the decelerated

Trimmer SLOW.SENS. = Adjusts the amperometric sensitivity that controls the force of the engine developed during
different slow-down phases; if said force becomes greater than the adjusted level, the system intervenes by inverting the direction of movement.
Activating the remote control
Connect the antenna with the RG58 cable to the apposite terminals on the board.
Connect the radiofrequency card to the electrical board AFTER SHUTTING OFF THE POWER (or disconnecting the batteries).
N.B.: The circuit board recognizes the readiofrequency card only when it is running in electrical power.

Activating the (2-7) sequential command
Keep the ENC/RADIO pressed on the circuit board. The led indicator will flash.
press the transmitter button (T1) to be memorised. The led indicator will stay on to confirm memorisation.
Activating the (2-3P) partial opening command
First, keep the ENC/RADIO button pressed (the led indicator flashes) and then press the OP/CL button on the control board.
Press the (T2) button of the transmitter you wish to memorise. The signalling LED stays on to signal the memorisation has taken place.
Deleting all of the memorised radio users
Set DIP switches 1 and 2 to ON (the signalling LED, starts to flash), keep the ENC/RADIO button pressed for 5 seconds (the signalling led starts to flash quickly and stays on to signal that deletion has taken place).
Set the DIP switches back to OFF.

Note: each transmitter that has a different code, may be duplicated for “n” transmitters (of the same series), except for the ATOMO transmitter.
Programming the end-stop in the closing and opening phase
- Position dip-switch n°1 to ON (the programming signal led flashes).
Push and keep pressed the AP/CH switch until the door closes...
...then press the ENC/RADIO button until the signalling led stays on for some seconds and then resumes blinking (the programming operation is satisfactorily complete).
Programming the end-stop in the opening phase
- Push and keep pressed the OPEN button until the door is fully open...
...then press the ENC/RADIO button until the signalling led stays on (the programming operations is satisfactorily complete).
Finally, set dip switch n°1 back to OFF.
TEST
Use the AP/CH button to command both an opening and a closing to verify whether the programmino was successful.

Programming for partial opening
With the door is completely closed, set DIP switch 2 to ON (the signalling led flashes).
Press and keep the OPEN button pressed until the door reaches the desired point of opening...
...then press the ENC/RADIO button (if the signalling LED stays on the programming procedure is successfully complete).

Note: before programming, deactivate the automatic closing by adjusting the A.C.T. Trimmer to its minimum setting.
With the gate completely open, press and keep pressed the ENC/RADIO button (the signalling programming led flashes quickly).
Set DIP switch 1 to ON (the signalling LED turns off).
Release the ENC/RADIO button (the signalling LED flashes slowly).
Press the OP/CL button until the gate reaches the final point of deceleration you require; then press the ENC/RADIO button until the
signalling LED staus on ( the programming procedure is completed succesfully).
Set DIP switch 1 back to OFF.
Programming for closing deceleration (600 mm from the closing stop minimum, or 50% of the opening/closing arc)
With the door completely closed, press and keep pressed the ENC/RADIO button (the signalling programming LED flashes quickly).
Set DIP switch 2 to ON (the signalling LED turns off).
Release the ENC/RADIO button (the signalling LED flashes quickly).
Press the OPEN button until the door reaches the point of beginning deceleration you require; then press the ENC/RADIO button until the
signalling LED stays on (the programming procedure is successfully completed).
Set DIP switch 2 back to OFF.

les étapes de ralentissement; si la force dépasse le niveau du réglage, le système intervient en invertissant le sens
de marche.

Trimmer A.C.T. = Il règle la durée du temps d’attente en position d’ouverture. Ce délai écoulé, une manœuvre de
fermeture s’enclenche automatiquement. La durée du temps d’attente peut être réglée sur une plage de 1 à 120
secondes. Un réglage au minimum élimine la fermeture automatique.
Mise en service de la radiocommande
Relier l’antenne aux bornes spéciales sur la carte avec le câble RG58.
Brancher la carte de radiofréquence sur la carte électronique APRÈS AVOIR COUPÉ L’ALIMENTATION (ou débrancher les batteries).
N.B.: La carte électronique ne reconnaît la carte de radiofréquence que quand elle est alimentée.
Mise en service commande séquentielle (2-7)
Appuyer sur la touche ENC/RADIO sur la carte électronique sans la relâcher. La led clignote.
Appuyer sur la touche (T1) du transmetteur à mettre en mémoire. La led restera allumée pour signaler que la mise en mémoire a été
effectuée.
Mise en service commande d’ouverture partielle (2-3P)
D’abord appuyez sans relâcher sur la touche ENC/RADIO (la led clignote) et successivement appuyez sur la touche OP/CL sur la carte
électronique.
Appuyez sur la touche (T2) de l’émetteur à mettre en mémoire. La led restera allumée pour signaler que la mise en mémoire a été
effectuée.
Suppression de tous les usagers radio mis en mémoire
Placez les dip 1 et 2 sur ON (la led de signalisation commence à clignoter), continuez d’appuyer sur la touche ENC/RADIO pendant 5
secondes (la led commence à clignoter rapidement et restera allumée pour signaler que la suppression a été effectuée).
Replacez les dip sur OFF.

Appuyez sans relâcher sur la touche OPEN jusqu’à ce que la porte arrive à la position d’ouverture désirée…
… puis appuyez sur la touche ENC/RADIO (si la led de signalisation reste allumée l’opération de programmation s’est terminée de
manière positive.
Replacez le dip 2 sur OFF.
N.B. : Avant de procéder à la programmation, désactivez le fermeture automatique en réglant le trimmer A.C.T. au minimum.
Lorsque la porte est complètement ouverte, appuyez sans relâcher sur la touche ENC/RADIO (la led de signalisation programmation
clignote rapidement).
Placez le dip 1 sur ON (la led s’éteint).
Relâchez la touche ENC/RADIO (la led clignote lentement).
Appuyez sur la touche OP/CL jusqu’à ce que la porte arrive à la position de fin de ralentissement désirée ;
puis appuyez sur la touche ENC/RADIO jusqu’à ce que la led de signalisation reste allumée (l’opération de programmation s’est terminée
de manière positive).
Replacez le dip 1 sur OFF.
Programmation de ralentissement en fermeture (600 mm. minimum de la butée de fermeture ou 50% maximum de la course).

Trimmer A.C.T. = Stellt die Wartezeit bei offenem Tor ein. Nach Ablauf wird das Tor automatisch geschlossen. Die
Wartezeit kann von 1 Sekunde bis 120 Sekunden eingestellt werden. Bei minimaler Wartezeit wird Autozulauf
ausgenommen.
Einstellung der Funkbefehlsgeber
Die Antenne mit dem Kabel RG58 an den dafür vorgesehenen Klemmen auf der Steckkarte anschließen.
Achtung! können bis max. 24 Handsender mit verschiedenen Kodes.
Anmerkung: jeder Handsender (ausgeschlossen Handsender des Typs ATOMO) mit unterschiedlichem Kode kann für „n“ Handsender
(derselben Serie) dupliziert werden.
Aktivierung sequentieller Befehl (2-7)
Den Taster ENC/RADIO auf der Steckkarte drücken. Das Led blinkt..
Den Taster (T1) des zu speichernden Senders drücken. Das Led bleibt angeschaltet und zeigt die erfolgte Speicherung an.
Aktivierung Befehl Teilauflauf (2-3P)
Zunächst den Taster ENC/RADIO drücken (die Diode blinkt) und anschließend den Taster OP/CL auf der Steckplatine drücken.
Taster (T2) auf dem einzuspeichernden Handsender drücken. Signaldiode bleibt an und zeigt somit die erfolgreich abgeschlossene
Abspeicherung an.
Löschen sämtlicher eingespeicherter Funknutzer
Dip-Schalter 1 und 2 auf ON stellen (Signaldiode beginnt zu blinken), Taster ENC/RADIO 5 Sek. lang drücken (Signaldiode blinkt
schnell und bleibt an, um den erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Löschvorgang anzuzeigen).
Dip-Schalter wieder auf OFF stellen.

worden). Dip-Schalter 2 wieder auf OFF stellen.
Anmerkung: vor der Programmierung den Autozulauf durch Einstellen des Trimmers A.C.T. auf Minimum abstellen.
Bei vollständig geöffnetem Tor Taster ENC/RADIO drücken und halten (die Programmiersignaldiode blinkt schnell).
Dip 1 auf ON stellen (Signaldiode geht aus).
Taster ENC/RADIO lösen (Signaldiode blinkt langsam).
Taster OP/CL drücken, bis das Tor die gewünschte Endstellung des verlangsamten Torlaufs erreicht hat;
Anschließend Taster ENC/RADIO drücken, bis die Signaldiode an bleibt (Programmierung ist erfolgreich abgeschlossen worden).
Dip-Schalter 1 wieder auf OFF stellen.
Programmierung des Soft-Stops bei Zulauf (min. 600 mm vom Endanschlag bei Zulauf bzw. max. 50% des Torlaufs)
Bei völlig geschlossenem Tor Taster ENC/RADIO drücken und halten (Programmiersignaldiode blinkt schnell).
Dip 2 auf ON stellen (Signaldiode geht aus).
Taster ENC/RADIO lösen (Signaldiode blinkt langsam).
Taster OPEN drücken, bis das Tor die gewünschte Anfangsstellung des Soft-Stops erreicht hat.
Anschließend Taster ENC/RADIO drücken, bis die Signaldiode an bleibt (Programmierung ist erfolgreich abgeschlossen worden).
Dip-Schalter 2 wieder auf OFF stellen.

Trimmer SLOW.SENS. = Regula la sensibilidad amperométrica que controla la fuerza desarrollada por el motor
durante las fases de desaceleración; si la fuerza supera el nivel de regulación, el sistema interviene, invirtiendo el

Trimmer A.C.T. = Regula el tiempo de espera en posición de apertura. Transcurrido este tiempo, se efectúa automáticamente una maniobra de cierre. El tiempo de espera puede regularse de 1 a 120 segundos. Regulándolo en
el mínimo, se excluye el cierre automático.
Activación del radiomando
Conectar la antena con el cable RG58 en los relativos bornes en la tarjeta.
Activar la tarjeta de radiofrecuencia en la tarjeta electrónica DESPUÉS DE HABER QUITADO LA TENSIÓN (o desconectado las baterías).
NOTA: La tarjeta electrónica reconoce la tarjeta de radiofrecuencia sólo cuando es alimentada.
Activación mando secuencial (2-7)
Mantener apretada la tecla ENC/RADIO en la tarjeta electrónica. El led parpadea.
Apretar la tecla (T1) del transmisor a memorizar. El led quedará encendido lo que indica que se ha producido la memorización.
Activación mando de apertura parcial (2-3P)
Primero, tener apretada la tecla ENC/RADIO (el led parpadea) y después la tecla OP/CL en la tarjeta electrónica.
Apretar la tecla (T2) del emisor a memorizar. El led quedará encendido lo que indica que la memorización se ha verificado.
Borrado de todos los usuarios radio memorizados
Posicionar los dip 1 y 2 en ON (el led de señalización comienza a parpadear), mantener apretada la tecla ENC/RADIO durante 5
segundos (el led comienza a parpadear rápidamente y quedará encendido lo que indica que se ha verificado el borrado).
Volver a poner los dip en OFF.

- Ubicar el dip N°1 en posición ON (el led de señalización programación parpadea).
Apretar y mantener apretada la tecla OP/CL hasta que la puerta llega al tope de cierre...
...después apretar la tecla ENC/RADIO hasta que el led de señalización quede encendido por algunos segundos y después vuelve a
parpadear (la operación de programación se ha concluido positivamente).
Programación para la apertura parcial
Con la puerta completamente cerrada, posicionar el dip 2 en ON (el led de señalización programación parpadea).
Apretar y mantener apretada la tecla OPEN hasta que la puerta alcance el punto de apertura deseado .....
.... apretar después la tecla ENC/RADIO (si el led de señalización queda encendido, la operación de programación se ha concluido
positivamente).
Volver a llevar el dip N°2 a la posición OFF.
NOTA: antes de efectuar la programación, desactivar el cierre automático, regulando el trimmer A.C.T. en el mínimo.
Con la puerta completamente abierta, apretar y mantener apretada la tecla ENC/RADIO (el led de señalización programación parpadea
rápidamente).
Posicionar el dip 1 en ON (el led se apaga).
Soltar la tecla ENC/RADIO (el led parpadea lentamente).
Apretar la tecla OPEN hasta que la puerta alcance el punto del final de la desaceleración deseado; apretar después la tecla ENC/RADIO
hasta que el led de señalización queda encendido (la operación de programación se ha concluido positivamente).
Volver a llevar el dip 1 a la posición OFF.
Programación de desaceleración en cierre (mín. 600 mm desde el tope de cierre o máx. 50% de la carrera)

Afstellingen Trimmer
Trimmer A.C.T. = Regelt de wachttijd in de open stand. Als deze tijd verstrijkt, zal de poort automatisch sluiten. De
wachttijd kan worden ingesteld op 1 tot 120 seconden. Als de minimum tijd wordt ingesteld, is het automatisch
sluiten uitgeschakeld.
Trimmer CL.SENS. = Regelt de spanningmeetgevoeligheid die de kracht controleert die wordt opgewekt door
de motor tijdens de sluitingsbewegingen; als deze kracht de ingestelde waarde overschrijdt, zal het systeem de
richting van de beweging omkeren.
Trimmer OP.SENS. = Regelt de spanningmeetgevoeligheid die de kracht controleert die wordt opgewekt door de motor tijdens het
openen; als deze kracht de ingestelde waarde overschrijdt, zal het systeem de richting van de beweging omkeren.

Activatie van de afstandbediening
Verbindt de antenne met kabel RG58 aan de speciale klemmen op de kaart.
Opgelet! kunt u tot maximaal 24 zenders opslaan met verschillende codecijfers.
Opm.: elke zender met een andere code kan worden gekopieerd voor “n” zenders (van dezelfde serie) behalve de ATOMO-zender.
Het reekscommando activeren (2-7)
Blijf drukken op toets ENC/RADIO op de elektronische kaart. De led knippert.
Druk op de toets (T1) van de te memoriseren zender. De led blijft oplichten, en meld zo het opslaan..
Het commando voor gedeeltelijk openen activeren (2-3P)
Houd eerst de toets ENC/RADIO ingedrukt (het lampje knippert) en druk dan op de toets OP/CL op de elektronische printkaart.
Druk op de toets T2 van de zender die u wenst op te slaan. Het lampje blijft branden om te signaleren dat de zender is opgeslagen.
Alle opgeslagen gebruikers verwijderen
Zet de dips 1 en 2 op ON (het controlelampje begint te knipperen), houd de toets ENC/RADIO 5 seconden ingedrukt (het lampje
begint snel te knipperen en blijft dan gewoon branden om te signaleren dat de gebruikers verwijderd zijn).
Zet de dips weer op OFF.

Druk op de toets OP/CL totdat de poort het gewenste vertragingspunt bereikt;
druk nu op de toets ENC/RADIO totdat het controlelampje aan blijft (de functie is nu met succes geprogrammeerd).
